Not the hotels fault but I picked it because it was next to the tube station, which was closed for the weekend. The walk to Kings Cross or Euston isn't too bad though. Found the room adequate if small, with a carpet that had seen better days. One of the lifts was definitely dodgy.

The breakfast was decent if expensive, all you can eat as well although tbh you can't eat too much.

Enjoyable! If my wife & I make it over to the UK again, we would certainly consider a reservation.

Room smaller than expected & minimal cupboard space for a 9-night stay with large suitcases - very cramped; TV channel selection poor; pull down screens in Callaghan's affects picture quality.

Good location - close to tubes & surrounded by shops, & pubs; All staff very polite & helpful; Room was ready despite our early arrival - much appreciated after a long flight! Very clean & in a quiet area; Had breakfast each mng & one lunch in Callaghan's - all fine but b.fast a little monotonous. We usually stay at The Montague but there was nothing available & it's become expensive. As infrequent visitors to UK, we don't really have any other real basis for comparison - but well done!

We thought the room could have done with plugs next to the bed .

Friendly reception staff . Room was spacious and had all that was needed. No outside noise from the room this time .We had sunshine on this trip ,so we were able to enjoy a drink in the outside seating area .

Room was a little cosy for 3 of us but adequate and it could have done with a few more power sockets suitably located.

Good location, good breakfast selection, friendly staff. Tube station just round the corner.

All good and clean, a minor feedback would be that The carpeting in the room was old and stained. Could do with some shampooing.

Excellent location. City center, walkable from Euston and the British museum. Walkable from hop-on-hop-off bus stops.

The building was modern and thin-walled. I could hear the underground at night, and was awakened at 2:16 one morning by blows on the door of the next room.

The key-coding of the lift was a useful security precaution. I liked being able to skip general cleaning, as I like to have my (small) room to myself as much as possible. The bar staff were very good.

Small rooms (guess the downside of location)... Some rooms were poorly lit and corridor carpets were old n smelly (unlike the 1st floor).

Very courteous staff. Perfect location. Comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms and basic toiletries. Breakfast, bar and meals were brilliant!! Hotels outdid my expectations on that. Conference lounge/ rooms were perfectly located with great provisions of hot drinks and tea-time desserts.

A minor defect-The breakfast in the hotel is wonderful but all the same. If you stay there more than 3 days , it’ll ruin your appetite

The location is good. It’s less than 10-min walk to the British Museum and you can take a walk through Russel Park to reach there. It’s near China town and the food there is nice.

Pillows. I was tired when I went to bed and didn’t see the notice about availability of different ones until the next morning. I found them vey hard.

Location: I love Bloomsbury Room: had everything I needed and I appreciated especially decent sized drawers in the bedside tables. Drawers rare in many hotels; Breakfast: OK, if a bit illogical in layout.

Did not like booking a twin room only to find when we arrived at hotel they had us in a double room . Receptionist showed me email from bookiing.com and no mention of a twin just a standard room. This is totally unacceptable a 63 year old and his 40 year old son expected to share a double bed. This needs to be sorted out as I suspect I am not the only one to have encountered this problem.

    Great location reception staff good
