Air conditioning above our table in the restaurant was too cold! It was a chilly evening! Unfortunately heard a women sounding distressed in a room when passing the room in the corridor on going to bed. Did not intervene. But wonder how incidents of this kind are managed by the hotel?

Room was clean and tea-making facilities useful. Bathroom clean. We did not have breakfast. Liked the shuttle service to the airport in the morning.

Shuttle bus was pricey for the location. We ended up in a Uber which was cheaper which for an airport hotel I would not expect. The food was average in the bar and could have some better options vs the restaurant.

Way too old, needs upgrade, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable my kids have ever slept on. The bed was better

Great location with easy access to the airport via the shuttle bus. Also good parking when we collected the hire car. The room was comfortable and the restaurant & the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that 4 of the sockets in the room didn't work, which was really inconvenient when 4 people were trying to charge their mobile phones. Was going to mention it to reception at check out, but our taxi came early. Also, not enough tea and coffee in the room. If you're a bit of a tea pot like ne you'll be disappointed as you only get enough milk for 1 tea or coffee each. Room was also a little grubby. Found a big ball of hair on the carpet as soon as we entered, and the floor could have done with a bit more of a scrub in the bathroom. Lighting in the room wasn't brilliant either. All of the above weren't big issues as we only stayed 1 night, but I wouldn't stay any longer.

Had a 1 night stay before flying from Gatwick. The staff were very friendly, Kiran and Angela in the morning at breakfast were particularly attentive. Breakfast itself was very good with a great selection of food and drink. Eat at the restaurant the evening before which was good, but overpriced for what it was. I would recommend getting room service instead as it's cheaper.

I checked in at 2am in the hotel and had to catch a flight at 9:30am. The few hours i stayed there were very comfortable. I must acknowledge the 2 kind gentlemen who greeted me at reception at that time and for the complimentary upgrade and breakfast i received.

The pullout couch really is probably only big enough for one person.

This was our first hotel stay after 2 weeks in Morocco, so it seemed exceptionally clean and luxurious (being able to drink the water!!!). We had just an overnight in London and needed somewhere near the airport to stay, and this fit the bill. It was great that it had a good breakfast, especially because we were flying the budget airline Norse, so we were able to fill up before we got onboard. The front desk was very helpful and happy to bring us extra bed linens so that one of our kids could sleep on cushions from the foldout couch, which really wasn't big enough for two people (16 and 13 year olds). The shuttle over to Gatwick was convenient and the 10 pound rate for a family was about half what we paid for an Uber the night before.

Stayed here for a night to catch an early morning flight the next day. Comfortable and spacious room. Well-equipped bathroom.

Hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle to take you to/from the airport which is great. Restaurant food was very good and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was just ok. Carpet had stains and didn't look very clean. We requested a room with 2 beds and the room had 1 bed and a sofa bed. There were no linens for the sofa bed, but they were delivered soon enough. We informed the hotel it was 4 of us arriving, there weren't enough hand or bath towels for all of us. Overall a good experience, staff at front desk was friendly. Just little details, but overall good.

Check-it was slow as there was only one person serving.

Not a lot to dislike. Location (obviously) for a next day flight. Room was clean and well laid out. Bed was comfortable.
