It was quite expensive for a family room which just had a sofa bed for the kids and no window. I think for the price it could've been better

The menu for lunch/dinner could have had a little more choice with the hotel being so far from town and no other choice for food unless friends took us away from hotel.

Breakfast was first class and enjoyed. Grace and all the staff at the restaurant and front desk were so helpful and be obliging. Pippa in the gym area was very helpful to help me with hours open etc. they gave us a fan to use as I found the room warm and staying 21 days I wanted to be comfortable!!

The noise from the music both nights was loud as 2 wedding on and our room was close. Would have like to maybe have been told about it as well as the time it would be off as did keep my little girl awake it was alot of money to stay and listen to Thumbing music

All was amazing staff we came across they were friend helpful and kind nothing was to much trouble. The bed was amazing didn't want to get out shower was powerful and hot room was a little dusty but clean and tidy the swimming was great kids loved it. definitely would love to stay again thank you

We loved our stay here! The hotel, first of all, is a very family-friendly place. My child was given a coloring book and some crayons at check-in, and even the sofa bed was set up to welcome kids with a sweet treat—not to mention the free meals for the kids! The staff, in general, are very friendly and accommodating. Considering we stayed during a very busy bank holiday, they were still committed to providing us with excellent service and a smile. The hotel facilities do show some wear and tear, of course, but the place is well-maintained. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed—a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea and coffee station, TV, and even a mini-fridge! Well done to all the receptionists, servers, housekeepers, and other hotel staff who made our stay worthwhile! Thank you very much. 😊

Breakfast could be better, kitchen staff slow and ran out of most items. Rooms dated and need an upgrade in particular bathrooms.

Easy access location for visiting Portsmouth and Southampton. Staff friendly and hotel has all you needed.

My room on ground floor was lovely as it had been refurbished but my family were on 2nd floor and the rooms were grotty/musty smelling and in need of updating

Convenient location for Southampton prior to a cruise. Great food and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Easy parking and didn’t get charged for it (I did ask about paying and they said not to worry 😃)

You couldn't go and just use the pool facilities, you had to prebook which isn't convenient when you don't know what time you will arrive. Pool was fully booked when we arrived but there did seem to be a lot of kids around. This was the week after May school half term holidays so that could have been why.

Like the convenience of being 20 minutes from Southampton Port. Hotel car park is quite big. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and recommended

Unfortunately the general noise of people opening and closing doors was slightly annoying, but I don't know how this could be helped.
