You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Proximity to Heathrow T4. It was about a 300m undercover walk. The only confusing thing was that the add in booking.com said there was a free shuttle bus from T4. We wasted time looking for a bus, the walk was good for us, but could be problematic if you have lots of luggage.

JapanThis time I had to travel to the T4 hotel from T5, using free airport underground & changing at T123 station, which took a long time about 9 o'clock at night. Then the hotel's long corridors (from T4, and within the hotel itself) felt very long indeed & tiring after a long flight ... TV lost its signal a few times while I was eagerly watching it. I will happily go back to stay there again, though.
Convenient location, kind & efficient staff, very eco & user-friendly amenities, and tastey breakfast.

Location at Heathrow airport connected by a link bridge. The elevator only allows people with a room key to be on your floor. Plenty of large elevators. Room was modern and clean. Free breakfast with vegan options and soy milk upon request.
