We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe hotel is not well signposted and was difficult to find. It shares a foyer with another hotel and there was some confusion before they were able to find our booking.
The room was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor so we had options for dinner. We were offered help getting our luggage to our room which was greatly appreciated as our room was a long way from the lift. There is a shuttle bus to the other Terminals.

AustraliaI was disappointed with the food available. I had a burger in the bar, it was greasy, the meat pattie was a processed, pre-packaged thing not fresh-made & expensive. Breakfast was included in the price of the room but bearly worth getting out of bed for. I arrived at 7.15 and there was not much left on the buffet. Everything needed refreshing, the tables were not promptly cleared - very poor effort.
Hotel is well situated, getting to and from terminals very easy. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable

United KingdomThe view from the room window overlook the inside of the hotel and was a bit claustrophobic for our senses.Previously we'd had one overlooking the airport runway which was better!
We stayed at this hotel, for one night before flying out to Athens as part of our 4 week sojourn around a collection of Greek islands.The staff were very professional and polite.The room was adequate,for our needs,and served it's purpose.And the local rail service to the terminal we were flying from was handy.

MaltaAlmost no wardrobe space in the room. There is no small fridge in the room and, if the weather had been warmer, this would have been a problem. Breakfast is good but always the same items. It does not include any cheese and ham slices.
Very conveniently, the hotel is practically an extension of Terminal 4. It is very easy to travel into central London via the Piccadilly and Elisabeth underground lines. We were allowed a late checkout at 17.00 (against payment). Very efficient A/C and WiFi.
