You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe lighting in the rooms was a bit too dim. My father who was with me has glaucoma and is only partially sighted. As a result he needs a good amount of lighting in the room in order to see properly. The rooms could do with a main light in order to improve the room lighting to help someone with visual impairments to see better. It can be on an independent switch so it can be turned off if the next user wants a dimmer room.
Helpful staff, and nice breakfast and evening meal.

United KingdomSeemed to be understaffed - staff on reception were busy on other things as we arrived and left. Also for breakfast there only appeared to be one table available that had been cleared. Shortage of clean coffee mugs - we used the mugs from our room and went back to drink in there.
