This isn’t a dislike per se, just something to look out for- The property has a large carpark with front and rear entrances but neither were clear to me. I drove the block a few times before locating the rear driveway, and then had to walk around to the front of the building to access. I probably would’ve noticed better if I wasn’t so hot and tired and the traffic lighter, so accept that’s probably on me.

This hotel was really clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and gave me great advice re dining options in the area. It was a very hot day and grabbed a draft beer from the hotel bar and took my dinner to my room(spoiler alert, I only got pizza). The bed was beautifully comfy, and the air conditioning nice and cold. I was jet lagged from my flight and fell asleep early, undisturbed through the night. I got up early to have breakfast before going home, and whilst the dining room was full, the buffet was well maintained and the coffee delicious. The staff moved about quietly and again, were very respectful and helpful. A surprising stay, but now it’s somewhere I would stay again when traveling.

We couldn’t fault the hotel, all the staff were amazing and our breakfast was very tasty. Our room was quiet, comfortable and very clean and the shower was amazing.

There is a pub next to the hotel and I stayed there on a Saturday. As you can imagine, it was very noisy. I had a 5 year old who was awake many times because of the noise.

The room was very clean and breakfast was good. Check in and check out was easy.

Limited parking at the hotel but there is a (payable) public car park just across the road with ample parking.

Centrally located, easy to find. Comfortable room, good sized and newly decorated en-suite. Clean, fresh smelling and very attentive and friendly staff.

I had no problems at all

We needed somewhere to stay just for one night. We arrived early but the room was ready, car parking was easy and free, the room was spotless and breakfast was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I was back in Fleet.

Petty yes. But if I had to find 1 fault, milk sachets. Only 3 yet 6 coffees and I think 4 teabags. You are not alone as the norm seems to be 4 milks. I know we could have asked for more and it's the only thing I an complain about. So we'll done all. A big thank you also to Redwan and Wadi who were also helpful during breakfast and checkout. A great job. Would certainly recommend

That there was some kind of night club two buildings way, I need to sleep with the window open so unfortunately loud music till early hours wasn't planned for.

The location was right on the main road so very easy to find, nice parking in behind the hotel. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were nice and friendly.

One thing. The morning scrambled eggs on both of my stays were dry and inedible. I asked for fresh butnthey never came. The egg dish remains full becaue no one wants them. Either moisten them with butter and milk or change them more frequently.

The hotel is excellent, well thought out. Staff are well trained efficient and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Big TV. I cancelled another hotel to stay here again.

Would hotel to offer free shuttle between terminals

This is our 3rd time staying here. We have had perfect service and have known we are coming home to good clean room and bed. Food good and easy access once we are off the plane.
