Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomQuite a long walk from reception to room, with lots of bags and no lift. No main light just several smaller lights/lamps. Noise from train line. Food was hit and miss. Garlic bread especially poor.
Nice big comfortable bed, spacious room, with sofa. Good shower.

United KingdomWe rang in advance (reservations as reception not available) to check the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam & sauna were all working/opening hours. We were told all available and open 7am to 9pm every day. At check in (Sunday) we were told steam room not available and area would close at 8pm, with last admission at 7pm. Disappointed as use of steam/pool were key reason for this visit.
Our return visit was just as comfortable as our first. Location, room size etc all perfect. Staff are polite, helpful and caring. Will definitely return

United KingdomUnfortunately we were unable to use the leisure facilities as these had been sub let to swimming classes, and very little space allocated to guests. We picked this hotel for the swimming pool.
Quiet, in a good location but away from town centre. Staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was lovely too lots of choice and all fresh.
