There were 2 flies buzzing around all night and in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off, and i was there with a 2 year old child on my own. I had to call down to see if the fire was actually real.

The parking was a little confusing not knowing if I was parking in the right place.

I thought the Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Love the fact that the lift was a short walk from the room. The breakfast was rather pleasant and did the job.

The breakfast was poor. My son and I had milk for cereal - and the milk tasted sour and bad. My husband had cooked breakfast which was sub-standard. The coffee/tea was self-serviced but there were no mugs provided. there were take-away cups instead.

There wasn’t massive amounts of natural light in the room and at night there was a green light from another building shining in through the gaps in the curtains. This wasn’t a major issue for us at all and is really just nit picking!

The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Just perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the sky bar was a lovely treat after a long day. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, always service with a smile.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, old and the staff were atrocious. The AC did not work we were all on different floors. The towels when I unfolded them had bugs in them, the shower train did not drain properly, the showers was old and dates with very poor water pressure. The staff on reception were rude and obnoxious. We asked to have the AC looked at and nobody came. This is the UKs worst hotel and it needs to be closed down on account of its filthy premises and awful staff.

Room too hot/stuffy. Thermostat broken. No cold water due to pressure issue (room on 10th floor of 12) so not able to showers.

Air conditioner was awful. My mum couldn’t sleep because of the poor air conditioner in the 6th floor. There were noises coming from both rooms. I did complain three to four and also had called from rooms. I am still not satisfied with the service. They did offer me a 25% discount but I don’t that is enough after paying nearly £200 for one night and coming after a drive of three hours.

I did receive dental kits from the property and I found this facility really nice.

Sadly on this occasion the air conditioning was not working in our room. The staff quickly provided us with a fan which was ok but as it was a very sunny weekend the room did remain a little hotter than I would have liked.

The views from our room were amazing. Very easy to find and the staff made us feel extremely welcome.

The A C was not working, I couldn't control the temperature of the water it was extremely Hot, the Mini Fridge inside our room was not working, The ventilation systems were not working, and i had a 11 month old baby with me and we basically suffered all night.

The air con in the room was not working so it was just absolutely boiling in the room but had asked for a fan for the room as it was too hot. Gave a fan right away and as that one did not work they ran a new one up to me ASAP so cant complain.

I like nothing, it was so hot and humid, air-conditioning not working, no soap, no water, fridge not working for baby room.

The food was terrible and the two plonkers serving it had zero skills, when we arrived on the floor there was no one to welcome us and although it was the poor boys first day it was the blind leading the blind. Not one to ever write a negative review but it was shockingly bad.

Air conditioning didn't work in the rooms and because you couldn't open a window it made sleeping impossible. The lights in the bathroom didn't work so we had to wash and shower in the dark. All the air conditioning must have been directed to the Top Floor restaurant because it was freezing and we had to eat with our coats on. The Car Park was full of pot holes and to small for the hotel.

To be honest nothing comes to mind.

The bathroom was filthy, the shower had no door or curtain so water was splashing all over the floor while showering so we had to cover the floor in towels to make sure we didn't slip getting in and out. There were no opening windows the air conditioning was broke so we didn't get a comfortable night's sleep as it was far too hot. Breakfast in the morning was dreadful, it was self service so there was alot of people touching utensils that we then had to touch which given the covid situation is not something that should be taking place, there was very limited food prepared when we arrived there was no where to sit it was a very small room, the staff were very reluctant to clear a table so we could have somewhere to sit and eat. Over all it was a very appalling experience and the attitude of the staff was shocking. Wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.
