    Nothing

We loved everything about the cottage, the location, the amenities, it suited us perfectly. We cooked every night and there was everything we needed. The cottage was warm and everything was very clean. Our 2 children loved their bedroom and it was nice to be able to bath them with proper bubble bath supplied by the owners. The garden was amazing! We often sent the kids out for our 5 minutes of peace and they had a great time, it’s safe and has plenty to do. We can’t wait to return in future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful holiday home.

I found the bed too low and a bit firm. A blockout blind in the main bedroom would be great as the sun comes up so early.

Excellent location for exploring the Giants Causeway area, not far to Derry or Belfast. The cottage is comfortable and the host was welcoming and friendly. There's a small supermarket nearby and larger ones a few miles away. The washing machine and dryer are a great benefit.

Fab apartment in beautiful grounds. Everything you could possibly need for a stay away. Warm welcoming hosts who have thought of everything to make your accommodation as comfortable as possible. We had a super 5 nights here last month while exploring N.I and to see the NW200 and would highly recommend.

A stay in a cosy cottage in the countryside with everything you could possible need!

I didn't like the fact I had to go home at the end of my stay, would've liked to have stayed much longer.

My stay was in the self-catering cottage, so I provided my own breakfast. I spoke to Helen over the phone before arrival, she informed me the cottage would be open for my arrival, the keys inside and to just pop up to the house to say hello when ready. However, John met me moments after parking up to introduce himself and offer a warm welcome, telling me if there was anything I needed, just say so. The usual Helen-made scones, jam and butter were awaiting my arrival as was milk in the fridge and tea/coffee in the cupboard. The cottage was immaculately clean, I hope I left it that way on my departure along with some extras I couldn't take back with me on the plane - liquids if you know what I mean... The location is superb being about 2-3 miles outside Ballymoney in a beautiful setting in the countryside with so many sights to see in any direction. I went for a week to see the North West 200 races, then spent the evenings sight-seeing to maximise my time usage, then had to leave very early in the morning on my departure to catch my flight, so regrettably did not get to speak to Helen or John to thank them in person. Do not hesitate to stay here! I will again if I can have the opportunity. One final thing: If you plan to visit in the colder months, take slippers as you might find the tiled floors a little cool on your feet; since the cottage was so homely, I left my shoes at the door.

The only criticism I'd have is that it's not entirely clear on the booking.com advert that there is both a cottage and an annexe at this address. We thought we were staying in the cottage which would have been even better, so we were a little disappointed. Better information and pictures would have been appreciated. That being said, the annexe was great for what we needed it for and we'd heartily recommend it to other travellers who come to this region.

The area is beautiful and it's really near loads of fantastic towns and scenery. Getting around the north coast from here with a car was really quick and easy. We were in the annexe rather than the cottage but the facilities were great. Fully stocked kitchen so we could cook if we wanted to although we never did. Even a washer/dryer you could so this would be a great base of operations for a longer stay too. John was extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived and the freshly baked scones waiting for us on the kitchen table was a lovely surprise. Once we were in the annexe we never saw John again and had a lot of privacy despite being attached to their house. It was a nice and quiet stay.

Nothing at all. This is the first time I’ve said this on booking.com :)

Peaceful location. All we could hear were the birds singing. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Gorgeous gardens. Home from home. Everything provided you could possibly need and more. Lovely extra touches including some gorgeous home made scones. Perfect in every way. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Perhaps the owners could invest in a more powerful shower, the water was always hot but it took longer to have a shower as the jets were very weak. Small price to pay for a wonderful stay.

The cottage was in the best location to visit all the sites ,it was clean well equipped and comfortable, The beds were amazing slept all night after a long day exploring. The owners provided scones with butter and jam as a welcome to the cottage which were amazing,Will recommend to anyone wanting to visit Northern Ireland .
