My mum is 88 and struggled to get in & out front door without assistance as the step was pretty steep. Toilet seat was a bit shoogly. Only 2 patio chairs and there were 4 of us.

Beautiful 3 bed apartment. Tastefully finished to a high standard. Everything you could need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable.

An instruction booklet would be good, telling for example about the type of recycling which can go in the bin, how to work the fireplace, what is expected to be done at the end of the stay etc

It's a very clean, comfortable accommodation. A lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners are replying quickly if you have questions.

Everything was perfect. The coffee machine saved my life :) The apartment has everything that one may need. Bed was extremely comfortable, I also used the desk for working on my laptop. If anything could be improved, I'd add a bottle of some oil for cooking to not buy any big bottle for a short stay.

Me, my partner and my 12 year old son went for a long weekend to Leeds from Scotland to visit family and this appartment was perfect for us, it’s a lovely big clean space with everything you might need. The first night we didn’t arrive until midnight but the key box meant that wasn’t a problem. Michelle checked in with me during the day and gave us the code. The bed was amazing we slept so well and the sofa bed in the living space was already made up for my son and was also amazing. Beautiful kitchen too and just made a busy weekend very easy and enjoyable.

Didn't realise how far it was out of Leeds City centre, we booked to go to Leeds direct. We booked uber taxis, which were quite cheap for 6 of us. But in hindsight should have booked in the city. But no fault of the place we booked.

The apartment was fab, lovely, and spacious, and I can't fault it.Large bedrooms, good-sized lounge, and well equipped kitchen.

This is one of if not the cleanest apartments I’ve stayed in. Everything you may need they’ve got. It’s so well thought out and comfortable. The bed, l didn’t want to wake up the next day. It was a great stay.

It is a lovely flat located right outside Leeds city centre and managed by a very responsive and helpful landlord. Very welcoming and clean! Highly recommended!

Lovely modern apartment, a home from home experience. Host was really helpful and allowed us a early check in. Couldn’t fault anything. Highly recommend this apartment if you want easy access to Leeds city centre and somewhere comfortable to return to.

Everything was great. I was there 8 days on a work trip and I was very comfortable. I had a full kitchen so I could fend for myself and didn't have to go out for meals all the time, and the place was lovely, looked like a recent renovation. It had a bathtub too which was great for me.

The property was superb. We spent an excellent week here. The place is perfect for a family. Parking is easy; the property is only 10 min from the town center and easy to get to from the campaign. The place is quiet.

Stayed in Leeds for a festival with friends, apartment was in a great location for this, really lovely place, all rooms are clean, spacious and modern, loved the open plan kitchen, no issues whatsoever and thankfully host allowed us to check in earlier which was a godsend and made our day a lot easier, would definitely recommend.
