I was surprised that we need to pay extra £3.00 for overnight parking.

We where very happy with our stay. Staff was very helpful ,room was big enough for family of 4 and the dog, beds was comfortable. the breakfast was good.

Beds weren't ideal, AC was leaking on to the carpet, and understaffed in the evening. I don't mind waiting, but you could tell the staff were struggling

The bed in our room was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, me and my boyfriend both woke up with back pain and had a very disturbed nights sleep due to the bed. Last time we stayed here the bed wasn’t quite as bad so perhaps this room was just more well used.

It’s a very clean, modern feeling hotel with great breakfast options. The staff are helpful and the location is good. The room was lovely and clean too.

Paying for parking when an overnight guest. Keys regularly not working during our stay. Very slow and disinterested reception staff.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I wish rooms would put a proper single bed in the room instead of the sofa beds. My daughter couldn’t sleep in it as the springs kept digging in her spine.

This is our third time staying here as it breaks the journey up home. Always clean

Only issue was bed very mattress very uncomfortable as was the very soft well used pillow … when we stay at the Hilton Bristol Airport which we have done on many occasions - far better quality mattress and pillows …

Bed was squeaky/noisy every time you move in bed. There was no water in the room! Breakfast was awful, seriously awful! No taste to it at all. I’m not exaggerating it, tasteless it was. Doubletree by Hilton? Definitely so poor for the brand. My son had a pizza, it was a small pizza, chips and drink, we paid £21 for it, came in a small plate, was not nice, water of money. It’s a pizza, at least make it worth it. Would I stay again, no not here I don’t think! For what I paid weren’t worth it. Staff however were nice though.

Very slow to check in, asked for my card but when I asked what for he couldn't tell me, wasn't really happy to give card details for no reason. I found dirty underwear in my wardrobe so the cleaners obviously haven't checked. Finally thing, my husband opened a cupboard and a metal panel fell from the ceiling with a cloud of dust. There was no any clue for closing the window… really a bad design, I listened to the wind blowing for a long time until I found how to close it.

Just a little more care on bathroom clean e.g around taps. The rooms were very warm and I couldn't get the air con working.

The location for me is perfect. The communal areas are all very clean. Bedrooms are clean but the bathrooms, whilst they look clean generally, do have some areas you can see need a bit more care. This is being picky but with a name like Hilton I'd expect the best.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and with every move seemed to creak loudly, which made for quite a disrupted nights sleep - this information was passed onto reception staff upon check-out There was a £50 retention deposit put on our card for open tabs. We were not made aware this charge was going to be made and this will take 3-5 business days to go back into our account. The shower was hit and miss with temperature and was not very powerful.

We have stayed at the hotel before, we like that it is 10 minutes away from the outlet mall and very close to coffee and breakfast stores within walking distance. We love receiving our complimentary cookie. There is plenty of parking, and staff are always on hand to help. We ordered room service which came quickly and was good quality. The hotel lobby area is furnished in a modern way and plenty of space. We stayed in the King junior suite for our anniversary. This room was very spacious and had great amenities that made the extra money worth it. Complete with a small fridge, separate living quarters with a fold out sofa bed, 2 tvs (one in the living quarters, 1 in the bedroom), dining table and chairs and spacious bathroom packed with essentials. We would probably book this room again if we stayed.
