To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRooms are very small, only 1 side had a bedside table and the other side very little room to get into the bed!! Shower screen was not adequate to contain the shower spray so water went everywhere.
Breakfast had a great selection, a chef to cook your eggs how you wanted. All food was hot and the restaurant wasn't overcrowded with plenty of tables and chairs. Very friendly restaurant staff greeted you and were on hand if you had a query.

The room was good for one person, enjoyed the pool. I have stayed at better Hilton’s but this was pretty decent. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna!!

United KingdomThe plug of the shower was not the cleanest, as it emanated a smell when the water was running. The bed was very firm, and not easy to settle into. I understand everyone is different on this point, it was just not to our taste.
The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our 2 night stay. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the breakfast service was great.

United KingdomIt would’ve been nice to have some complimentary bottles of water for the room considering it cost £331 for 2 nights. It then cost £6 to buy 2 small bottles from the bar. There was also noise disruption from upstairs in the middle of the night but I know that can’t be controlled by the hotel. It was also difficult to contact room service initially but that was resolved.
Hotel was in a good location for what I needed it to be. Rooms were quite small but had all the facilities needed. Temperature of the room was really good.l - overall really comfy. Breakfast was good and excellent value for the money. Staff overall really good and couldn’t do enough to help.

BermudaMy room was a bit musty when I walked in and it took a while to freshen up once I got the AC working. We left to catch the coach earlier the day we checked out and missed our breakfast which was included in our price as they serve breakfast later on the weekends which we were not aware of.
The hotel is perfectly situated to all of the shopping, restaurants and a quick walk to the center where activities happen.

United KingdomThe shower/bath didn’t have hot water for long The lamp wasn’t working in the room The cleanliness wasn’t amazing there was marks & what looked like lipstick on the door in the bathroom, the wet room was out of service & the hotel booking was quite expensive you have to pay for swimming on top. The floor was very noisy when walked upon in our room & the room above. The towels had a dark private hair upon them I saw this 3 times. The sink hole was mucky looks mouldy when filling the sink. The fridge was warm even on its coldest setting.

United Kingdomroom small and a little basic for what I'm used to from Hilton to be honest, also the note coming to the room to say they had tried to gain access with a request that I needed to go to reception, then been told it due to an unpaid bill even though that was not in the letter pushed under my door and the room was prepaid....!! was not happy they have all my contact details so could of got in touch this is not the way to do business
the room was clean but not the easiest to find and good job I was only staying for a short time as the room was small and you could only get in the one side of the bed, Nice bar area though.

United KingdomThe beds weren’t great, when my partner moved I was rocking all over the place. The doors of our guests woke me up in the night quite a few times as they are so loud to close. I was also hoping to use the swimming pool but £10 per person seemed a bit expensive so we gave it a miss which was a shame.
The buffet breakfast was amazing, loved that a lot, lots of choice. Breakfast staff also very helpful! The bedroom and bathroom decor was also very nice.
