Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandsfyi: no outlets near the bed or even along the same wall as the bed. Outlets for bed lamps are built into/behind the wall, so you can't even unplug a lamp to use one. However the worst part of my room was the bathroom, which was designed by the Joker after he escaped the asylum: -The shower makes an insane super loud Horn noise (hard to imagine, i know, but truly, a Horn) EVERY TIME, THE ENTIRE TIME you use it. The shower is also super difficult to turn on and off - if you rotate too far in either direction it from shower to bath and back again, which means to turn it off you have to hit the exaaaactly right spot for Off. Otherwise you'll hear dripping all night. -The sink would not drain. I called the front desk, they said they'd send someone to fix it the next day. I don't know if they did send someone (I was not in the room during the day) but it still continued to fill up/drain very very slowly. The sink handle is also insane. Rather than say, turn left for hot, right for cold, it moves in a circle and is set at an angle, and covers both temperature and flow: so you can have high speed super hot water, low speed super hot water, or a slow trickle of super cold water. At no point can you achieve a normal volume of water at a comfortable water temperature. Luckily, since the sink drains so slowly, you can slowly fill the basin with scalding hot and ice cold water and go from there. -The bathtub has really sharp edges, high sides, and an incline on the inside which is steeper than average and difficult to see. If you are vision or mobility impaired, this could be dangerous for you.
Breakfast was lovely, really excellent. Main star of the show is the people - everyone I spoke to or interacted with was lovely and helpful. They made me feel very welcome, and in fact were so great, that I will probably book again, despite my bathroom having a lot of issues.

United KingdomOur room was freezing, there was a problem with the air con control, I went to reception and raised my issue which was meant to be resolved whilst I was out. I returned and still the room was freezing and air con still blowing. I called reception twice from the room as my children was asleep but no answer. Other than a very cold nights sleep everything was perfect.
