United KingdomMy room was noisy. My room overlooked the road and the windows didn’t cut out the sound. There was also another noise which I didn’t work out the source until the day I left. My room was above the toilets on the ground floor and the noise of the hand dryer was very annoying.
Breakfast and sports facilities looked good although I didn’t get a chance to try them.

We only used it as a base to stay not for facilities so cannot rate these. However the hotel did seem to offer a lot. It was clean, we were able to take our dog which was very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.

United States of AmericaMaidstone wants to be a high-end resort, but they fall short. (1) We [2 women in our 70s] were placed on the 2nd floor -- without an elevator; assistance with our luggage was not offered, but provided when we requested it. (2) When we used the pool, we had to request towels. (3) We went to dinner in the restaurant. We did not have reservations, so were seated at an unset table. Other tables had fine china, linen napkins, etc.; when we were finally provided with cutlery [after we requested it], it came wrapped in a paper napkin. We asked to see a wine list, were told that the prices were changing, and one was never provided.

Irelandcleaning of room. Glasses (both water glasses and wine glasses) that were set on the table in the restaurant were dirty and covered in finger prints.
Very easy check-in process. Reception is very spacious with lots of places to sit and relax with a coffee. Bedroom was fairly spacious. Bathroom was pretty basic and not very clean - but acceptable. Breakfast was average - unfortunately the pancake machine was broken....but all in all a great place to stay. Kids loved the pool and location beside shops was great for a potter after check out.
