We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe leisure facilities. Unfortunately pool closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Just as we’d arrived! Went following day. Was disappointed. Was hoping to relax but there was a children’s swimming lesson. Also changing rooms and particularly the showers were very dirty.

It was conveniently placed for our visit. I used to live in Maidstone, so I know most of the hotels around the area. It was clean & comfortable & although we had a blocked plughole in the shower, they sent someone immediately to fix it. The breakfasts were tasty & plenty to choose from, including a cook your own pancake maker! I booked through Bookjng.com & got a discount. £200 for 2 nights including breakfast…bargain! Will always stay here when we visit family.

United KingdomCar parking is £5 a night. Should be free to guests staying. Hotel is quite old and could do with a redurb, however I feel the great value price reflects this.
Comfortably located close to the M20 for access to the sea or London. Well spaced out hotel with decent facilities in the spa and gym. Room was a good size and well equipped with a large flat screen and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was very good, although the scrambled eggs were a little suspect, watery and not so good.

United KingdomMy room was noisy. My room overlooked the road and the windows didn’t cut out the sound. There was also another noise which I didn’t work out the source until the day I left. My room was above the toilets on the ground floor and the noise of the hand dryer was very annoying.
Breakfast and sports facilities looked good although I didn’t get a chance to try them.

We only used it as a base to stay not for facilities so cannot rate these. However the hotel did seem to offer a lot. It was clean, we were able to take our dog which was very helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.
