Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe barman in Amy’s Bar was rude and arrogant. He pandered to groups and ignored female travellers. I left after waiting 30 minutes for him to serve me. He walked past me a few times so I left. I reported him to reception when I checked out.

United KingdomIt was quite a noisy hotel. We were woken at 12am to fellow guests swearing and being very loud on the corridor outside our room. There were quite a few rowdy groups.
Room was lovely and very spacious. The bed was very comfy. Everything clean and to a great standard. The location was excellent, such a short walk to the airport. Especially loved the coffee and tea bar next to reception, which I think is a great extra as we checked out extremely early, and needed a coffee to go!

AndorraLack of signage to your hotel once entering garage albeit I have stayed there since 1989s. I may have missed such en route on foot.
On arrival had a perfect experience I only wish I had the name of the most attentive young lady who undertook this. Following a 2am notification of cancellation of flight your gentleman at Reception assisted me at that time with total ease in arranging a taxi to my new early morning airport of departure. On checkout all so easy and the operative remembered my taxi pick up time which he made and gave perfect reassurance to a lady of older years. Very impressed 😁
