Absolutely loved the rooms. Unfortunately we had booked a room for my sister and her husband and under the bed were orange juice cartoons and general rubbish. They also did not have any shower gel, shampoo and conditioner pumps in their shower. Our room was spotless, must have been an oversight.

The location of the hotel is superb with lagoon and breathtaking mountain views. So many activities are offered at the place, including spas,zip wire, climbing, etc. The rooms are very clean and luxurious. The food was great and the staff were very helpful.

Would of preferred to have a proper bathroom and not a sink in bedroom with toilet and shower as cubicles but everything was spotlessly clean I guess that's just the style of the hotel

Odd bathroom design, who signed that off?! Essentially no bathroom, shower and toilet both just open into the room, leaves very little privacy.

Some of the communal toilets haven't been cleaned thoroughly, or in our room shower gel or tissues haven't been replaced. Also, we've found that the adventure parc wasn't super organised, with only half of the lagoon available and not all activities functioning, like surfing.

Lovely, new and modern facility with a stunning view and location close to Snowdonia and the Conwy castle. Staff was great, the restaurant food was beyond the expectations. Our room were bright and spacious. The spa was sublime as well as the treatments.

The toilet was quite small. The shower had quite slippery floor and had to be extra careful.

Our recent stay was great! The room was modern and comfortable, providing a delightful retreat. Everything was spotlessly clean. Plus, I was thrilled to find that the venue is pet-friendly. The convenience of on-site parking was a great perk. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fantastic TV added an extra touch of entertainment. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for a wonderful, pet-friendly getaway that ticks all the boxes for comfort and cleanliness.

I only drink decaf coffee. I have explained this when checking out as was curious why no decaf sachets were in the room. The reception lady explained this is due to inspection criteria. There was no hot chocolate either. I appreciate I could've rang down to reception but didn't want to bother them. There is a box of tissues in the room but I had to hunt for them. They were found on a shelf near the sink. Blinds can be pulled down to aid comfortable flsleeping. I struggled pulling the cords down to then up again next morning due to arthritis. Please could you consider one firm pillow and one soft for each guest. Mine were beautiful and soft. I prefer one of each. In hindsight I could've requested this. No coffee maker in room. Kettle with sachets. I believe a coffee maker was advertised. There is two in the restaurant.

Location is lovely. Appears to be adjacent to a tree covered hill or mountain. The village here is also charming. The room was lovely and spacious with a large TV. Separate shower and wc which is great for couples. Very good staff service and delicious food served in restaurant. The salmon wellington I had far exceeded the one I ate on a recent cruise. Thanks to the chef and his staff!

I had an unpleasant experience with an unexperienced stuff when I wanted to stay another night they wanted me to change rooms. The windows in the room are not opening.

The glass doors in the rooms for the toilet and shower are not very private at all. No water in the room or biscuits. Very hard bed! Not everyone's taste so didn't sleep well. Huge clumps of hair left in the shower!! Staff very apologetic.

The spa next door and restaurant and lounge area. Lovely smeg fridge and kettle in the room too.

they charged me £50 for my dog to stay just for one night , it isn’t clear about charges on booking .com as it said there may be a charge. hotel said it’s because they have to do a deep clean after a dogs been in room and my 11year old daughter pointed out that they should do that anyway after covid , very disappointed with the charge

Public areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Lots of families so don’t stay here if you are after peace and quiet. Breakfast Buffett needs bigger variety.

A pleasant surprise after all the bad reviews I read online. Stayed in a junior king suite. Huge room, great view. Bathroom layout is a bit weird but workable.
