Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe site is out of the way in the middle of nowhere, really. I was told my room would be ready by 3 but it was 4 p.m. before I could access. I had to wait an hour (and then ask again, as they forgot about me). There was confusion as to whether I had to sign for food. Staff not very friendly or helpful (except the bartender).
Facilities were lovely; food was good.

We had breakfast at 6.30am and the breakfast was lukewarm, we were the only ones there for at least 40 mins and the bain maries were full of cooked products. Reduce the product or cook to order. Never been to a place where I been charged 10% service charge for having drinks.

United KingdomThe rooms are not sound proof as advertised, we could hear kids screaming and running up and down the corridors. The £50 dog fee is VERY expensive! Other than the tea and coffee, no other little extras considering the cost of the room.

United KingdomNoisy at times but that’s people not respecting other guests, not cleaned properly in places, require more EV chargers, 4 of them not working. I received a phone call at 10pm asking if I could move my EV off a charger so that someone else could charge there car, I said no as I had insufficient charge on my car.
Very spacious and airy property, well laid out. Excellent gluten free food options for my wife. Booked the property also because of the electric vehicle chargers. Only place where somebody has served my favourite beer on tap.

- Went for 2 nights, booked 2 rooms: one for my parents and one for us & our boys (11 yo and 2yo). - Got lagoon facing rooms (217 and 239) - Spacious rooms, great toiletries and bed linens. - Hotel entrance looks grand, smooth check in. - A large area to chill and eat on the left hand side of the reception. - A large bar and restaurant on the right hand side. - Great service, great food. - Didn't use the spa - Ideal for Snowdonia National Park stay, Conwy is 15 mins drive. - Loved the stay and would return again. No complains, no hassles, ample parking available on-site.

United KingdomThey definitely “squeeze the lemon” I have never been to a spa hotel where guests have to pay for access to the spa, so this was disappointing. The spa itself was quite small, changing rooms were tiny! The food at restaurant and room service stopped at 9:00pm which we thought was very early - we were hungry at 10 and had no options but a pot noodle! The mattress and sheets seemed like they could do with Renewing.
Staff were friendly and attentive, helped with reccomendatins to local places to visit, the breakfast was nice, view from the room was amazing. Restaurant and bar was also had good food!

United KingdomI chose the lagoon view room, the photos look really exciting and fun, the surf is currently out of use and now the lagoon is not a pretty sight. In the room we could hear guests exiting and entering the hotel. I would have chosen a cheaper option.
Rooms had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and more than happy to help. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice.

United KingdomWet room didn't have a curtain around shower area leaving entire floor wet after a shower. Couldn't then get to the loo without getting feet wet or having to put shoes on. Not ideal when you need to go to the loo through the night. Room advertised as being soundproof, but it wasn't. V little noise from within hotel but kids shouting and yelling outside early evening came through loud and clear.

United KingdomThe room was not refreshed in the day so when we got back from our hike the towels had not been changed. We left at 7am and the when we returned at 4pm we didn’t have fresh towels after a cold wet hike this was needed.
The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast was ok, good coffee. The dinner and wine was brilliant, great size portions. The spa was amazing!!
