The staff were excellent, rooms were immaculate & we had stadium few it was lovely.

My only very small gripe was the bar closed.at midnight. We got back at 12.30 and would have loved a nightcap before bed. Quite a few people got back late so it would have been worth it to keep the bar open a bit longer.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had pizza in the bar area. Breakfast was self service and excellent. Hotel was close to the tram system for getting around Manchester. We stopped at the hotel overnight as we were seeing The Eagles at the new Co-Op live venue. Free travel on the trams to the venue and back. Brilliant weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable, friendly staff and very accommodating. Gave us a free room upgrade to a suite which we was very grateful for.

The bed was too hard. Breakfast was cold. Poor signage on arrival from the tram. Shower was a bit feeble. No biscuits 😒.

Lovely clean room. Great view of Old Trafford cricket ground. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location for the tram, Manchester United football and Trafford Centre.

The only bad thing was the parking so far away due to the on site car park being used to set up for a concert. Wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Lack of communication about parking. I was under the impression there was ample parking out the hotel. Only to be told we were unable to park there and was given bad information by the car park attendant which resulted in us driving around for 30 minutes. we resorted to having to ring the hotel reception, where a very helpful member of the reception team help us, only then did we know where to park

Had to move car to football ground halfway through our weekend stay. Was a bit of a trek with luggage when we checked out. Apart from this was perfect. No prior notification of this until day of arrival. 😑

Lack of choice to eat in bar on ground floor. Pizza or pizza! Restaurant upstairs was too busy to accommodate us, yet 3 staff members were stood chatting when we walked in. Told they couldn't serve us in short time of 45 minutes as they need longer. Their customer service/attitude needs improvement. Reception staff at check in - we were told bluntly that we needed to leave by 11 with no explanation. Found out through other people that it was because there wouldn't be any electricity from that time onwards.

Room was lovely and clean. Bar staff on ground floor were lovely, particularly friendly nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast very good and staff were very pleasant made a change from the reception we got the night before.

We loved this hotel. Great location for us, rooms were lovely and standard of cleanliness was excellent. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Breakfast - Food quality and choice was good, but the kitchen was very poor, people queuing for bacon, sausage eggs tomatoes etc, only one person in the kitchen?? One drink machine was out of order, others were not always working, and the coffee measure was half a mug!

The toilet was high. I’m 5ft 4 and couldn’t touch the floor.

We had a balcony view over the cricket ground. The TV was huge. The room was clean.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel whilst visiting my son at uni. Fantastic location, with the tram station right next to it and just a few stops from the centre of Manchester. really friendly staff, immaculate and super comfy beds.

Truthfully, the walk along the bridge link was not something I was expecting but this is not a criticism at all

I have no complaints, lots of natural light, comfy bed, beautiful + pristine bathroom, breakfast was delicious and I was happy to find a waffle maker
