Value for money very poor due to dynamic pricing

The description of twin room was deceptive, i was expecting two rooms with an inter leading facility, as we had a person in a wheelchair , the front desk were helpful in allocating a room with a toilet which was wheelchair accessible. Challenge is on booking.com no where are you able to communicate or book wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair bound person is then challenged with sharing a room with three adults , and getting dressed , changing etc… the wheelchair bound persons dignity is not considered. Pool facilities closed at 22:00 , and this you only find out on arrival .

I feel that it was very expensive especially wheni checked the stay rate on the day I arrived and it was £55 cheaper. Spa and pool facilities felt very dated, in need of an upgrade. I was dissapointed as main reason I was prepared to pay more x

Staff were not keen to help, everything was a bit slow (30 mins to check in). Booked a table for 8pm, but then told table was still occupied by the previous guests, even passed the 2hour limit. So we just had to stand and wait for a further 30 mins. Poorly managed.

Carpeting in the main entry and hallways needs a good cleaning, or maybe replacing.

Hotel is so close to the airport that it's almost faster to walk there than take the shuttle. Comfortable, clean room. We had a great dinner in the restaurant -- my last dinner of fresh mussels before leaving Scotland.

We had organised a room with a walk in shower and had received confirmation of this in an email from the hotel, and this was not the room we were given. The property is quite old and tired. The lady at reception was not friendly. Hotel is expensive for what you get.

The restaurant staff were totally rude and put us off eating at the venue. They were abrupt and not obliging at all whereas both the reception staff and bar staff made up for their attitude. We waited for a shuttle bus out the front where told after 4am and nothing turned up therefore had to walk across to the airport terminal. One girl in front if us struggled with a trolley and at least 6 suitcases.

The room was a bit pricey, but then having the breakfast included in the end, the price was fine. Other than that I cannot really complain about anything at all.

It is very close to the airport and even has airport shuttle stopping next to the entrance. Our stay was very comfortable and we were very pleasantly surprised with a breakfast that turned out to be included. Breakfast itself was very tasty with a rich selection of food.
