the room was really clean and all everything had been set up perfectly. When we first got into the room, the receptionist gave us a ring to check the room was to our liking which was a really nice touch! It’s also in the perfect location by the sea. Really great value for money.

We were really disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance on the 2 days that we were there. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was so we could use the pool & we didn't find this out until we checked in. It was also not that great to be woken up by the fire alarm on Monday morning, we understood it to be a test, but it seemed to go on for ages.

Service was very friendly, sea view was lovely, location was great, the hotel did seem nice and clean, we did enjoy the breakfast.

My 85 yr old mam hired a scooter as not able to walk far, unfortunately the entrance at the front of the hotel was not accessible for this, we did try one of the doors but it was frustrating and upsetting for my mam, thinking she was a nuisance...only option was to the rear of the hotel and at night it did not feel safe, plus the double back doors were locked from 6PM at night?? So someone had to stay at the front of the Hotel to advise reception staff the back doors needed opening to let in my mam. Bit of a to do...Also the storage cupboard where the scooter was kept was not that big as it had lots of other things in there and was difficult to manoeuvre in and out. Not great for an 85 yr old lady to experience.

breakfast was lovely just the poached eggs were cold and sometimes hard boiled, maybe wait until they are asked for them before cooking. Rooms were very comfortable and plenty of room.. good touch with the iron and ironing board and hairdryer this can be a big bonus....maybe a mini fridge would be a good idea to keep water etc cool. We found a makeup blusher brush had been left in our room on the shelf under the TV that was not there on the first day??? Location right on the seafront was great.

The first night, our room was extremely dusty. The next day the receptionist gracefully moved us to a clean and more spacious room. Thank you...the standard room is small and dark and the primier room is bright and spacious. Even though there is tea and coffee on offer it is not clear where to obtain drinking water as there was only bathroom tap water available. We brought bottled water to our room.

The health facilities are excellent, the jacuzzi was our favourite. Introductory level to Brighton, the bike tour and i360 were our favourite visits. Breakfast was awesome too.

You have to pay for wifi but, somewhat strangely, is handed a complimentary cookie in a paperbag on check-in, which you then have to juggle along with your luggage. Kind of an odd choice for a free-bie and a bit of a nuisance really. Would have preferred free wifi instead of a cookie, as, im sure, would 99,9% of guests.

Wonderful location, a beautiful and superclean hotel with very comfortable room and bed, good swimmingpool, amazing breakfast to be enjoyed overlooking the seafront and Brighton beach - unbeatable view. All staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. I like that you can ask frontdesk for showercaps, vanity kits etc rather than having a handful of little boxes of things you may never use cluttering the room or taking up unnecessary surface area in the bathroom. Very neat.

The only down side, was a specific member of staff during breakfast (with blue hair) who berated me for using the toaster for my gluten free bread. At a Hilton, that was not the exemplary treatment I've come to expect, or that the rest of your staff showed us.

Everything was perfect. Was expecting a fridge and microwave in room though. I have lots of food allergies, so this would have made things much better for me. As it was, I was only able to eat a chicken breast during my stay, so I left hungry.

The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I thought they should be. The toilet didn't want to stop flushing!

It was a much nicer experience many years ago and I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The location is fabulous. We stayed here 10 or 12 years ago and while it wasn’t as impressive looking it had a much nicer feel to it. I feel the staff were not interested in the people they were dealing with, maybe we just caught someone on a bad day. The renovations are lovely 😊

Reception. Lines of check in and checkout could do with better organising in terms of the line as the majority of guests came through the turnstile door. Ladies changing area for spa were very small and no instructions on how to lock the lockers.

Very nice room and lovely communal areas. Excellent service from the team who worked very hard but also very professional and diplomatic with difficult guests. Simba in the bag area was so delightful he really engaged well with guests old and young. There was a chap in the bar (sorry I can’t remember his name) went above and beyond his job role to help guests who were looking for help. Breakfast team had their work cut out as there were so many families but took time to rearrange tables into larger groups and got children settled and fed quickly! Absolutely amazing selection and quality of food at breakfast. Loved the fact that there were plant based options for Vegan guests which were easy to find and of excellent quality.

When we arrived a little early we had to que at the reception desk for approximately 10mins, our room was not ready so we went for lunch and came back at just gone 4pm at which point there was a large que of approximately 20 people and only two reception staff. We waited another 20 mins. We were surprised there were so many dogs in the hotel.. There was no fridge in the room and was smaller than expected for the price. When we went down for breakfast again there was a que for getting into the dining room. We were then taken to a side room which was slightly shabby and the tables were very wobbly and old looking. We felt a little sidelined. We had arranged this for our 19th anniversary and it took the luxury of staying in a hotel down to only ok. A real shame. The staff really tried their best but there was not enough of them.

Staff were very good but there was not enough of them and they were under pressure. The room was clean but a little basic. The food was nice.

the room was tiny and over priced for a room that doesn't even have a Seaview. breakfast was disappointing - not worth the price, especially when there are plenty of places nearby offering much better and cheaper breakfasts

The room service phone was not working at all, despite calling several times to get this resolved no information was made as to how to resolve this issue.

Only down side really was the spa area. Sauna was not working. We were looking forward to this so would have been nice to have been told in advance that disappointment on the day. Also the jacuzzi was cold water

Rooms were lovely and restaurant was incredible. Amazing smell throughout room. Received the birthday balloons and treats which was amazing and well loved by my partner.

we are Hilton club members stay at Hilton chain groups where possible, but we were told we were not eligible for the Hilton club points because we used a booking app I thought this was unreasonable .

the bathroom was disappointing, the bath was so tiny anybody taller then 5 foot would struggle to relax in there.

We had a great room but reception for both mobile phone service and wifi was very weak to non-existent in our room which made it difficult to do a couple of necessary work calls. There was one corner where it worked, but they could do more to make sure WiFi is properly accessible in all rooms of the hotel.

Amazing location right on the beach! The hotel is very large with a ton of great amenities including the pool, restaurant, spacious rooms and more. Staff was very friendly and accommodating in our early arrival.
