Great location for town and beach . Lovely breakfast in the morning .But wish that it wouldn't finish at 10am on weekdays . Very comfortable room with fridge .

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. There was only one chef in the kitchen who was doing a fantastic job on his own but there should have been other kitchen staff helping him. We went to the Sky bar after coming back from the theatre to have a drink, but although it was not busy, the tables had not been cleaned and we waited for ten minutes for someone to come and take our order but nobody did, so we headed back to our room. It is a great facility but the staff in the Sky bar need to be a bit more attentive.

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach, shopping and Theatre. The hotel is very modern and the room was a large size and comfortable. We did not use the pool facilities but it did look good. The food at breakfast was great.

No access from the parking to the hotel, walk in the rain. Room not clean, we changed 2 rooms, hair in the bathroom & bed Charge for dog absolutely exaggerated 50 GPG, Cannot open windows, even a bit

Toilet seat broken, Shower gel empty in the bathroom, rooftop bar was shut to the public after 6.00pm for private function. Breakfast hours too early for NYDay. Looking a bit shabby in places for money and hilton reputation.

The bar ran out of 3 of the 5 drinks on tap for three consecutive nights,the breakfast quality was good,but the hotel is open to the public so tables were limited,plus having dogs in the restaurant didn’t while you eat isn’t great,plus the tables weren’t relaid and I had to ask for cutlery and cups each day I had breakfast.Staff were a bit slow.

There were lots of groups of homeless people and obviously drunk people and my car, parked in the car park was broken into and money and items stolen from it. Generally the area did not feel safe after dark

Didn't like the fact that there was not a window that could be opened for a bit of fresh air. Also went to pool in the morning and it was freezing cold and sauna and steam was turned off

Swimming pool could have been a bit warmer but the pool area was heated well.

We have visited multiple times over the last couple of years and always enjoy our stay here. Rooms are spacious and kept clean. Location is brilliant and staff at breakfast are very friendly and helpful, especially Kian Cross, who remembered us from our previous visits.

Room cleanliness is very poor. After check-in, we found a vape under the table in our room. They do not vacuum rooms every day, that's odd. I found the same dirty after room cleaning. The bathroom misses toiletries such as toilet brush, and a holder for toothbrushes. The bathroom floor without heating is very cold.

The location is very good. Just across the road are restaurants, the Odeon cinema, shops and a park. Just 5 minutes to the beach. Nice swimming pool (maybe too warm) and sauna, not too crowded in the mornings. Good breakfast. Parking is 13£ per day, Friday and Saturday 15£.

Room was ok for a one night stay did not find the staff very friendly I was on crutches and asked for some help member of staff said they were busy with something. Another guest helped me. The location is brilliant
