Absolute nothing bad to say about this hotel

Wonderfully polite helpful staff very welcoming!! The room was immaculate cozy and spacious. We had a meal at night in the restaurant absolutely delicious, and the pool and spa was lush, the low lighting adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The pool was so clear I didn't think there was water in it when I entered the room lol!! Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all open. Was a truly wonderful stay can't wait to go back

Limited availability in the spa area on the date, as there were that many families booked in to stay over New Years.

The staff were excellent, going above and beyond. Excellent food. Excellent drinks. Clean and decent sized room.

The parking is a bit confusing, its in the conference centre beside the hotel. It's not any distance to walk, I just wasn't expecting it.

We stayed for only 1 night as a birthday treat. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. The swimming pool and area is just lovely.

Very clean, great sized room and comfortable. Great value for money under the circumstances. I was delayed going offshore and there was only one airport hotel available that was charging through the roof because they were aware of the delays. I managed to book this hotel for much less the price that the mediocre airport hotel was trying to charge.

Parking could be closer as I was travelling alone with two small kids and luggage

We are local but came for a short stay for fun, was a lovely wee stay, the staff were great with the kids too. The spa/pool was lovely and the breakfast first class.

Was a very remote hotel, and the parking is like 5 minute walk which is annoying

The food. Food was awful. The dinner was bland and cold and the breakfast to the room wasn't warm the coffee wasn't made properly really poor.

The hotel is spotless , rooms are gorgeous. The pool and spa are amazing very very clean.

Mouldy shower tray on the sealant, was sent one menu for the restaurant and it was the wrong one (we had people in our group with significant dietary requirements on medical grounds so when the menu was different it caused issues).

The location is perfect, the food is exceptional, the parking is easy to find, the staff are lovely, the hotel is stunning and the swimming pool and facilities were spotless.

Expensive for what it is and no breakfast included, but when you are stranded due to weather you have no choice.

We had to move room due to an issue with water ingress which was frustrating as we had to put off a trip to the swimming pool until later in the day. The fridge didn't really keep our milk cool, but the staff on reception placed it in their fridge to help us.

A very clean, modern and tastefully decorated hotel. The facilities are very good and the staff are helpful (a particular mention should be made of Ricardo on the front desk). The breakfast was of a very high standard, with many options for cooked and continental breakfasts, not to mention choices for juices and cofees. We had a meal in the restaurant at night which was good, but we thought was a bit pricey.
