We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomIt is a small room, although the space available has been utilised efficiently. There is no TV/monitor to plug in a laptop to stream, but that is mentioned just in case that’s important to you. For the price and type of accommodation, we’d have expected a slightly more self catering option with a tiny fridge and tiny microwave, but space constraints are probably the problem with adding these features. Just for others know, there are no cupboards or space specifically set aside for luggage, but for us, it wasn’t a major issue. The bed and duvet is very comfortable. We do feel that for 99 Pounds it is very over priced, but in fairness to the hosts, it is hard work to keep everything clean and tidy every day of the week. Our suggestion would be to bring the price down significantly and request a minimum of a 2 night stay?
From the outside one gets a little concerned about what one is getting for quite a high price, as you do feel that you’re in view of and “on top of” the main house. But inside, it is very tastefully and creatively furnished/decorated with quality furnishings. If is also cosy enough for us to not need a heater. The garden is beautiful and one can see that it is currently being artistically landscaped to make it more private and to block the view of the outside fence / bins. The owners have reacted pro-actively to previous reviews and there is now a lovely full length mirror and more than sufficient heating, if required.

SpainI had such a lovely welcome, the hosts popped out to meet me and the cabin was lit up with pretty fairy lights from the outside and warm, cosy and exceptionally clean. I needed to get food and I was given plenty of options in the local are to choose from. Coffee making facilities and milk if needed.

United KingdomThis is a great place to stay. A few more little upgrades would make it superb. A 2nd bedside table would be ideal. A bin the in bedroom is a must. The bathroom had 2 changes required, both essential. 1 the sink water was lukewarm and the new shower was disappointing, I suggest that the owners take a shower! This makes the place sound bad, but it is not; it is lovely. I just hope this inspires the owners to press on with a great new facility.

MexicoThe room is great, although the hostess is still equipping it. I wish the room had already had a mini fridge, microwave, and full-length mirror, but the hostess is adding those soon, so it will be great, and you won't need anything else.
The location is excellent, very close to everything you want to see in Farnham and to the train station. The hostess is super friendly. The room has a very good size, it is also very comfortable, warm, very clean and very beautiful. I really recommend it 👌
