Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A beautifully renovated building, with all the comforts of home. Stayed in the Wellington Suite and Studio 1, would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

United KingdomThe kitchen is showing signs of wear and tear. Building access was generally open to all. Photographs are not of a studio apartment. Parking on-site is tight but there is adjacent car parking available though this is not immediately evident.
Mine was a studio apartment with great views over Huddersfield. Access via lift. Good wi-fi and room to work on a small desk area. Comfortable bed and quiet.

United KingdomThe walls were thin and could hear guy next door shouting on the phone but could even hear him clearly when talking normal level. I would have preferred better facilities to cook my own breakfast, only had kitchenette so not able to have full English, but came prepared to do scrambled egg on toast but no jug or bowl to put in microwave
Loved the old style building and decor, ease of use with collecting keys and codes. Comfy bed, clean and smelled fresh

United KingdomSecurity seemed like it was good but actually front door of building didn't lock. And security door on the floor wasn't actually locked either. It could have been cleaner. Wasn't hoovered very well. I'd have liked a thin top sheet as well as thick duvet so that could use thin sheet in summer. But a fan was available so that was good.
Location great for attending a wedding at nearby Manor House Lindley. Some restaurants also down the road and an Aldi nearby. It was pretty clean but not spotless. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries provided, hairdryer, towels, tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster and microwave in our suite. The coffee shop that did brunch downstairs was excellent. Good value for money.

Blown away by the attention to detail. Easy check in, staff friendly but not overbearing. Decor is modern and beautiful, building is a Victorian textile mill. Whole place is gorgeous. Amazing value. Have paid far more for far less. Ticks every box. Free parking!
