We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomfrying pans still had food on them, electric was off on the Sunday, so no shower that morning, booked a meal in advance but was cancelled, had to try and get booked in around the area at short notice. it happened the last time we stayed here.
pools new , and heated, clean and tidy site, a nice view out of most of the windows in the caravan. friendly staff, and easy access to the van.

United KingdomThe vacuum cleaner in the caravan wasn't working, even after reporting at reception they didn't bother to replace it. The TV had some issues with frequent WiFi disconnection.
Location is excellent with sea view caravans. the swimming pool runs with the warm water which is pretty good to use even though the temperature is moderately cool.

United KingdomRestaurant wasn’t open in the Sunday late afternoon when we wanted to eat and we didn’t realise this. Only just managed to enjoy an hour in the pool cause was busy and closing about an hour after we managed to get in there. Could be more informative about times for food and pool. Some of the cleaning staff could have a friendlier manner as we got stuck behind them once in the bottom car park and again while they were blocking the main reception road whilst they unloaded their car (wasn’t an issue) and they just looked at us with an attitude face continued to unload their car (wasn’t an issue) and didn’t wave smile thank/apologise or even acknowledge us being stuck behind them except their unfriendly expressions which we thought was a bit rude and unwelcoming. The other staff were great 👍🏻
Location was very steep for walking but beautiful view! Very peaceful. Quite a steep walk into Barmouth and back but doable in the right weather and fitness conditions 👍🏻 overall we had a lovely stay that went far too fast and the accommodation was very comfortable/peaceful and homely feeling.

United KingdomPoor tv signal everyday, struggled with WiFi as we hardly got use of as it very poor. I was concerned about the string on the blind, on all windows as it’s a risk assessment especially with babies and toddlers, it needs updating to a safety measures. Dog hairs on carpet and sofa, with 3 of us with asthma. The trees could do with a good cut as views were restricted.
The caravan was spacious, great views. The pool was great.

Excellent sized caravan park with nice clubhouse and heated pool with play area for the kids located about a mile outside Barmouth town centre. Staff on site really helpful and friendly with a wealth of guidance to share about the local area and facilities.

We stayed in Lodge 13C and it was fantastic. It was huge with beautiful views from the patio area over the sea. The hot tub was also a fantastic bonus!

The amenities in the lodge were great but should be listed on your site as I brought a lot of stuff that I assumed wouldn’t be provided yet the lodge has a fab stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, a washer, dishwasher and a welcome pack with tea, coffee bits etc.
