Staff were friendly, attentive and flexible with requests. Breakfast was a freshly cooked full English. Clean throughout and the breakfast choices were good.

The room is too small, especially the bathroom, were is hard to move around, you don't have space to wash your hands in the sink. For the guests from EU it would be helpful to have an USB charger or an adapter.

The host was very nice with us, we felt welcome to her house. The breakfast was very tasty and diverse. We has a restful sleep all this nights we stayed, due to the quietness in the room, the comfy bed and the perfect temperature.

It's a very cute and cozy guesthouse with friendly staff. My single room was very small but comfortable and all I needed. Breakfast was good. It felt very homey.

We did have some issues whilst we are there but they were resolved fully so no problem at all. Their customer focus is exceptional.

Really lovely room that was very quiet despite being on the ground floor we weren't disturbed at all. Very comfortable, and lovely staff, in a perfect position for visiting this lovely town.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Wifi included (did my zoom meeting easily). On-street permit parking outside. Walking distance to Jephson Gardens and the town centre as well as the railway station. There's a little shop open till 10pm just a few doors along the road for travel essentials (snacks, wine, beer, toothpaste etc). Friendly and homely B&B.

The warmth and kind reception by Martha and a lovely ginger girl, suuuuuuper friendly. The breakfast was great, full English, also served by very kind and friendly lady. (Apologies for not knowing everyone's name) Great value for money.

Perfect location for walking into town, easy to find, parking outside was a bonus. Host was lovely and so accomadating when we arrived a little earlier than planned. Room was spacious and had everything you could need. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, couldn't want for more.

We've asked for have a quiet room, however we've received the room no 1 on ground floor next to the main entrance and the breakfast room. For a Sunday morning it was not very pleasant to be woken up very early while people were coming for breakfast or preparing to leave and they kept ringing the bell, and we could hear everything that was going on on the hallway. If we would have had a quiet room maybe on the top floor we would have given the excellent rate. :) Also, the bathroom while inside the room, which was great, was extremely small.

Everything was very clean, easy accessible from town centre. Martha was very welcoming.

Nothing could have been better for us, but I did think if you were a very large person you might find the room and shower rather cramped.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, not too hot; I liked having a facecloth provided as well as nice fluffy towels, and tea-making facilities. Breakfast was very good. We were welcomed by Martha and given a free parking permit on arrival so no worries over the weekend. And the street had trees in bloom in February!

WiFi in the top floor room where I was staying didn't seem to be working/reaching but not a big issue.

Excellent breakfast. (Full English + range of other breakfast items) Very friendly and welcoming host and staff. Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location in the centre of town and a 10 minute walk to train station. Would fully recommend staying here and would do so again if visiting Leamington.
