The name of the property does not appear on Booking.com. This is a very negligent omission because the property has the same address and postcode as a firm of lawyers next door. I stood for quarter-of-an-hour before noticing a small door in the pub next door that had the words “Heathrow Stay” on a poster. It would have been extremely easy to find the property if its actual name - The White Bear - appeared on Booking.com!!

It was very close to the Piccadilly Underground line that serves Heathrow Airport - and the Heathrow Airport Bus Service 111 bus stop is less than a hundred metres from the property.

No one was there to open the door, we have tried emailing them. We didnt stay there. Whole night we struggled in the freezing weather. Neither someone andwer the call, I will be waiting for my refund along with compensation.

Custumer services .. Communication with the customer very poor. In general everything have to reset. Property and management

Warm welcome of rushing to grab our money. Advert says free parking. But half way getting off our bags we get told to pay for the parking or to move the car. Asap. As the manager had seen the car? Truly there was not anything to like about this stay even when I had confronted bar person after I found she was actually the manager was in shock as I complained in the most nicest way and she was not there the night before

Room stank of stale smoke. Description stated bar and restaurant on ground floor. ( not very noisy pub with Dj playing ) Large groups of people gathered outside pub under our window made it very noisy and intimidating when walking past. The door leading to accommodation at the back of the pub is left unlocked making you feel insecure and unsafe. Shared toilets and shower rooms were filthy when we checked in at 18.30. Went out for food came back at 21.30 and made the decision to book another hotel as was very apparent that you would get no sleep.Room was shaking through the loud music. Since returning home I have read a lot of reviews on this accommodation and this seems a common complaint. The owners reply’s are disgusting. You can offer cheap and cheerful accommodation that is at least clean to a standard. They state that they inform you that a Dj plays on weekends. That is untrue!!!

Room stank of stale smoke. Very loud music being played from pub downstairs. Large groups of people gathered outside pub which felt very intimidating. Door to accommodation was left open so didn’t feel very secure. Checked in and to be fair lady behind bar seemed pleasant. Went out for food , came back and booked another hotel for our 2 night stay and left hotel. Didn’t even stay the night. Have since seen another review saying very similar and the property answered saying it states that. DJ plays every Friday and Saturday , this is incorrect it states there is a bar and restaurant on ground floor. Totally different.

Location to Twickenham is ok.

It was the worst ‘’Hotel experience of my life “ I had better nights staying in mixed dorms with other 16 people at hostels . 1st is all I didn’t know it’s a disco pub , imagine trying to fall asleep in the club toilet , that’s exactly how I was feeling Room smelled of cigarettes , very loud and sketchy area , After night club stopped , I started to hear younger people partying , jumping in the room , laughing and having fun , with the girls . I only managed to fall asleep around 6 am

The rooms were dirty, stains on the floor. The lights didn't work in the shared bathrooms. The water for the showers was cold. The combination lock to one of the rooms had been smashed previously and replaced by a key card lock which took numerous attempts to get to work. There was a massive argument directly outside of one of the rooms during the early hours, where the female was clearly being prevented from leaving from the male counterpart, accusing him of refusing to give her her passport back and allowing her to leave the country!!!!!!!!! I'm really not sure what kind of place this is meant to be, but after my planned accommodation cancelled on us at the last minute, this was about all we could find. It was cheap, so our expectation weren't really that high, but this place fell beneath the basement
