We stayed for 1 night at Healing Manor Hotel, the room was very comfortable and the staff helpful. Good to have several EV charging points. Breakfast was very good.

The room was big, nice decor and very comfortable. You could order breakfast from the kitchen with really good choices. Comfortable bed and great shower.

Only minor thing was social areas, pig and whistle was quite small, if it rains, not a convenient place to go elsewhere other than your room. Probably a sign in the outside stable rooms warning about privacy, large glass windows and people walk past, so if you are not aware you could face an embarrassing situation :)

Breakfast was excellent, staff were really friendly. Place overall was excellent, would love to go here for a summer wedding.

I could hear the people next door to me quite loud and clear

I had such a lovely nice stay. I even got to meet their Swan Sid 😂 he was knocking on the doors trying to get in. Made my day! The staff were really kind, I travelled by myself and stayed in one of the outside rooms and they called to check up on me to see if I’m okay which was really sweet. Would highly recommend.

Charging your card an extra fee when you arrive in case you use room service, etc. I know you get it back, but if you'll use it, you should just pay for it when you do.

The staff are always very professional and polite, the rooms are always really clean and the food at the pig and whistle is really nice. We also really like how dog friendly the hotel is for it's hard to find a place like Healing Manor that cater so well for dogs.

At check after waiting 15 mins a girl who is not normally on check in checked my partner in. She told him we had not paid and he had to pay again. My partner said I had paid but she said I hadn’t. The regular receptionist appeared and then said we had already paid and refunded my partner but told him it would be 5 working days. They then wanted his card for insurance in case we damaged the room, we were staying one night and in our 50s. My partner refused as he was already upset that they had double charged him. I just feel reception let this beautiful hotel down.

Breakfast was lovely and staff were very acommodating throughout our stay. Even when our friend’s car got stuck in a puddle, it was mentioned to staff and within 10 minutes staff had helped and it was out.

Really charming hotel in beautiful grounds with fabulous rooms, great restaurant, its own pub and lovely staff. 10/10 I could not have asked for more especially at the price which was excellent value for money for such a large and well appointed room.

Healing Manor Hotel is a Gem of a place which does not compare to any Hotel in Grimsby. Beautiful Home from Home and one we love returning when visiting family.

On arrival the hotel looked very shabby and in need of a good lick of paint and clean. Nearly turned around but once inside it was OK.

The evening meal in the Pig &Whistle was very good. Breakfast was OK but would have been better if it was hot and the fried eggs looked as they had been thrown in the hot tray from a great height. They nearly looked like the scrambled ones! Our room was clean and comfortable but in need of a bit of tlc .
