Everything about Hazel's House was perfect. It was home from home. The living room was lovely and cosy and the fireplace in the evening was lovely, nice and homely feeling. The views from the garden were amazing so peaceful and tranquil in the morning, enjoyed the view with a nice cup of tea while everyone was asleep. Seeing the sunset from the garden was lovely, never quite as good down south. Facilities were exceptional, shower was powerful which was nice. The mattress was so comfortable, best few nights sleep I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back. Natasha was very helpful, any problems (not that there was any) you could be reassured that she wasn't far away

This is a great little house; clean and well equipped. Natasha gave us clear instructions on how to find the house, collect our keys and where to park. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.

Everything was clean. Bedding was great. Information guide was clear and informative. Would recommend Hazel's House should you need to stay in Keighley. We were confident to have the owners support should we have required it at all. All facilities were 5 star! Also included wifi!.

Lack of off-road parking. Was aware of this, however, as description clearly states street parking.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped and with far reaching views from the front and back of the house. We particularly liked the thoughtful little extras such as tea, coffee and breakfast cereals. There were plenty of towels including a hand towel (as well as tea towels) in the kitchen. Natasha was very helpful when we contacted her with questions or requests and always responded promptly. A lot of thought has obviously gone into making this property comfortable for guests.

On road parking is not perfect, but it was easy to get a space very close and this was expected and known about up-front. We didn’t have a problem with this.

Very happy with everything, but thought the bed was particularly comfortable. I had a really good night.

    Nothing to report

It was one of the most comfortable private accommodations we ever stayed in. All the details were thought through, and the owners made a lot of effort to ensure comfort and cleanliness. The best mattresses, pillows, towels and bedding! It was a very nice touch to leave the cupboards stocked with some essentials. It felt like a home from home. I read some previous reviews about the parking in front of the property. There are a couple of side roads with plenty of space, so I would not call it an issue. The outside space was very cosy with beautiful views over the hills and town.

The property was a little away from the centre, it was in walking distance but via a steep hill. Car parking was also not ideal, you can park outside the property but I did not like the fact that I was parked on a steep incline on a busy road.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The host thought of everything, hiding items in the cupboards that a guest may have forgotten to pack. The views from the back of the property are spectacular, these can be viewed from the seated area at the rear of the building. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows, I need to purchase a set.

The front aspect was not very appealing, with strange shared access down several steps, which were not easy with heavy luggage.

The property was clean and well decorated, and the host very communicative. Lots of food in the cupboards which was unexpected, and went above and beyond. The outside seating at the back was nice, with lovely views. Comfortable beds.

    Nothing

Hazel's House is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with an attractive outdoor space and stunning views. Natasha is a lovely, caring host who was very happy to accommodate my request for a hollow fibre quilt and pillows, due to my allergies. During a phone call and in our exchange of correspondence, she was warm, thoughtful and an absolute pleasure to interact with. My friends and I are delighted that we stayed at Hazel's House and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the area.

The house was lovely. And the views were amazing But I’m not a fan of no mow may as the grass was very long and several dog poos were hiding in the long grass

We were self catering but was left cereal tea, coffee and pastries plus other basics which was a bonus.

I was disappointed that the bath was not available. I had chosen the house as it had a bath and I was teaching a very physical course and wanted a soak in the evening. I understand why is was not available but it would have been good to know in advance.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The we house was so cute and comfortable. It had everything I needed to cook for myself. It was quiet and had very usable outside space.
