Everything was great.

Lovely hosts, very clean and well stocked. Comfy bed and quality shower also very close to the beach and friendly cafe / restaurants. Great value and experience - would definately stay again.

Absolutley perfect, We were welcomed by the host in person - something rare in times of key locks! Felt really welcomed, a breakfast starter kit was added to the well-euipped kitchen. Lovely room, tastefully decorated. Great for us ! Thanks again!

Nothing really. Note, it's adjoining the owners' house so you might hear a bit of movement when in the private entrance bit but that didn't affect our stay in the accommodation.

So well set up and clean, with everything you could need for a self contained and cosy stay. It was a bonus too to have the breakfast bits, made it relaxing. We were at a wedding nearby and it was a lovely place to come back to, to stay, and it was also really helpful to be able to go in a little bit before to leave our bags and get changed. It was good to have a parking space and private entrance. Thank you.

It was a little dark as there were only two windows overlooking a passageway, but for a one-night stay this didn't really bother us. There didn't seem to be a teatowel, only a kitchen handtowel. Again, for a one-night stay this was of little consequence.

The breakfast "basket" was well stocked, and there was fresh milk and orange juice and jam in the fridge.

There was a very welcome breakfast basket with cereal and croissants and tea , coffee , sugar and milk was supplied which was great ,parking space for a car , excellent location just a 5 minute walk to the beach & shops & restaurants , & lovely surrounding area

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

It was very clean and had everything needed for a self catering break. The bed was extremely comfortable. Tv had Disney and Netflix . Towels provided and a wardrobe space with hangers .

The annex was perfect with everything we needed for the weekend. The hosts were lovely and had ensured we had everything for a cup of tea and more besides. The entrance is welcoming and the annex well decorated and appealing.

Fantastic little hideaway it had everything we could possible need. We actually visited for a wedding but will be back for a seaside getaway. Friendly attentive hosts, lovely welcome breakfast hamper. Comfy bed and lounge area with tv. Kitchen was fully equipped and had microwave so we could cook our own breakfast. Thank you we will be back

What a little gem. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The location was convenient to the beach. There were plenty of pubs restaurants takeaways and local shops close by. Will definitely recommend and book again.

If I was to highlight anything it would be that the bed having a raised metal end to the bed made it not so comfortable for a 6ft plus person as having 2 people in a normal double bed there is no where else to stretch legs out so felt a bit cramped, but this isn't a complaint its just an observation as our stay was lovely.

The place was lovely and cozy, and all of the little extras helped make our stay all the more special

Everything, the fresh flowers, the personalised welcome basket, the lovely welcome from Simon, the really comfortable bed,great bathroom.The whole setup is very well thought out. Very warm and quiet and great location. Definitely recommend a stay here.

This place was soooo cute and cosy! The bed was super comfy (great mattress and great pillow too!) perfect for a weekend stay near the beach:) The room spotless, we had everything we needed and more - Our hosts were so lovely and welcoming too - cannot fault them! The welcome basket with breakfast and snacks was very much enjoyed!

The shower room was very small . A hanging hook on the back of the door would have been very helpful .
