My recent stay at Hawthorn Cottage in Glencoe was nothing short of spectacular. We spent five nights in this charming cottage and enjoyed every moment. The cottage is equipped with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. The views from the cottage are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning sights including the Pap of Glencoe right from the windows. The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the local area. There are several scenic walks nearby, allowing for easy access to the natural beauty of Glencoe. Additionally, there's a small shop conveniently located just across the road, which was incredibly handy for picking up any essentials. Hawthorn Cottage was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the amazing host, who provided excellent communication from start to finish. Their attentiveness and willingness to ensure our stay was perfect added a personal touch that made all the difference.

The property is set back off a quiet road with fantastic panaramic views especially upstairs in the lounge. It is equipped with everything you could ever need on holiday and spotlessly clean. This was our second stay at Hawthorn Cottage and we are already planning our third. Perfect in every way Thanks again Robert

The cottage is well equiped, clean and very cosy. We really felt at home. Location is great in beautiful Glencoe. We stayed their for about a week, which was still too short in my opinion.

The house was exceptional clean and in perfect order just like a show home. It is equipped with everything and more that you could need for a wonderful holiday. The views from the upstairs lounge were magnificent. This is one of the very best holiday homes I have ever stayed in I can't recommend it enough.

Could do with maybe a shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom. Wasn't a huge issue...but didn't want to soak the floor!

Fantastic location. The cottage was fabulous and everything you needed was there. Even down to washing powder and dishwasher tablet etc.

A stool or fold down seat in the downstairs shower would have been helpful for anyone disabled.

The location was perfect, beautiful views, lots of outdoor seating too.

The property was everything we were expecting. It was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. When we arrived at the cottage, it was immaculate. The location of the cottage was perfect for everything we had planned, with plenty of walks not too far away. We would highly recommend a stay at Hawthorn Cottage and will hopefully return one day.

One problem ruined the experience at the property itself, which was a real shame. I went to Scotland when they were experiencing unusually warm weather and the property was unnaturally boiling hot. It took ages to cool it down at night by opening all the windows and doors. Couldn’t relax in the property to be honest, and ended up spending days touring (not a bad thing) to avoid the heat.

Everything was perfect in terms of the property. Couldn’t fault it. Lovely inside and outside. Very clean and perfect location. Was a really beautiful cottage.

The property was modern and spacious, very clean and extremely well kitted out with everything. Also some lovely touches with flowers, biscuits and pint of milk on arrival which made us feel very welcome. The decking area is spacious but also completely private and south-facing too which we loved as we enjoyed a bit of sunbathing. The view was gorgeous from all angles outside the cottage, truly breathtaking. Also the upstairs living area is fabulous with the velux windows that allowed us to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views while being inside. Great communication from the owner from the outset too.

Hawthorn Cottage is in a great location for exploring Glencoe and the wider area. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, well appointed and has a great outdoor seating area too. We would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend it. We also thought it was excellent value for money given the spacious layout and location.
