The service was exceptional. Margaret and Bryce were so attentive and couldn't have been more helpful. They were super friendly. We were attending a wedding nearby and they both dropped us off and picked us up at the wedding so we didn't need to get a taxi. The room was fantastic with a very comfy bed and fantastic bath. The breakfast was super fresh with a great selection. Beautiful surroundings and a fantastic couple

The absolute perfect location very tranquil, the room was very spacious with the most comfortable big bed,it has the most amazing bathroom the bath was fantastic and so relaxing just what was needed. The breakfast was beautiful with lots of variety.

If we could give this place a higher than 10 rating, we definitely would. The hosts are incredibly kind and engaging, the house is lovely, the location is ideal. They had afternoon tea awaiting us and we stayed up late having a delightful conversation with them. We are already planning our next trip back for a longer visit to Ayrshire, an area we are eager to explore.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Havenwood, and we can't say enough about the wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Margaret & Bryce's thoughtful breakfasts were a delightful start to each day, and joining them for cups of tea in the sun provided great conversation, laughs and tips and tricks for our trip. They struck the perfect balance between being friendly hosts and respecting our privacy, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The accommodation itself was outstanding. The shower was truly awesome and the bed and pillows were exceptional. The area surrounding Margaret & Bryce's place was tranquil and serene, offering us a peaceful retreat from the wedding weekend we attended. And if it is a wedding at the Brig you're attending then this accommodation gets no better and no closer! But what truly sets this accommodation apart is Margaret & Bryce themselves. They both go the extra mile to ensure their guests' comfort and satisfaction. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, and their dedication to creating a memorable experience was evident in every interaction.
