Wifi wasn’t working at all on my first night, worked so so the next night. Shared rooms are a bit cramped.

Very well located, nice facilities. Love the beds with curtains. The staff was nice.

We booked this as a hotel and after booking it was downgraded to a hostel, so I’m not sure if we would have booked if we’d known. We paid a fortune considering but it was because of the Taylor swift gigs so it wouldn’t normally be that expensive. The building is pretty noisy from both inside the hostel and the surrounding area. Tried to contact the hostel a couple of times to ask about parking in the area. My message was never responded to and the phone number listed didn’t work at all. That being said, once we arrived, the staff were friendly.

The room was very basic, but it was spacious clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Quite studenty and no frills but it did the job. We didn’t use them but the communal areas looked nice. There were loads of really nice restaurants, bars and cafes on the nearby Bold St

I was expecting more for the price - you can hear everything through the door. It's an acceptable room in a hostel.

The personnel was nice and friendly - the shared kitchen was a plus and the situation was close to city center. The bed was also comfy.

No wifi in room 102, changed rooms to ground floor, better WiFi. If you have large luggage, no place to store. Kitchen has 1 bowl, only paper cups for coffee, some plates and few glasses. Has a kettle and refrigerator; but no way to label your items. Shower in basement is a push button that you must push every 5 seconds.

Check in easy. Beds comfortable, privacy curtains, light, and plugs. The bed is made for you. Medium size lockable locker at foot of bed inside the bed frame. Drawer under bed for storage, not lockable. Better shower in room 203(ground floor). 10 minute walk from Lime street station, walking distance to lots of attractions. Cleo at check in is great.

The shower had mould, the bathroom floor needed mopping, and my room was missing a curtain meaning it was very very bright.

The kitchen desperately needed cleaning, it was dirty, there was stuff floating in the kettle, and there was no cutlery or crockery. Therefore, didn't use the kitchen and had to eat out, which added to costs. Beds were comfortable but the lower bunk bed was basically on the floor which wasn't great. The bathroom needed cleaning, the shower de-clogging. Everytime someone took a shower the whole bathroom would flood as the water wouldn't drain.

Great location and friendly staff. Alright for just a quick stop over. Beds were comfortable and the curtains on each bed were a great addition.

I found the shower facilities a bit annoying. The shower tap is single and goes from cold to hot, so you cannot escape the initial unpleasant cold feeling. The shower head is high and not much movable. I would recommend to bring a good shower cap for people who don't want to wet their hair whilst showering. The toilet however was super new and clean.

Extremely clean room. Nice location. I loved the fact it was close to China Town, and there was nearby an excellent food hall where we had our lunch. It was a few minutes away from Liverpool One, which is a party area. Since it was a sunny Saturday afternoon we spent the majority of it walking around it and had fun listening to the music and dancing along the locals.

Dear girls, be careful if you are traveling alone, because at the reception there is a seemingly very cute guy, Sonny, who can invite you on a date, hang out noodles, use it for one night and ignore you. Іo I recommend not to hang around, and I advise hotel managers to put in the condition on the work rule is not to sleep with the guests because then the guests will have a negative impression of the hotel

Only faults would be that the room got stuffy really fast but having the window open helped and there was no TV.

This was a great location for a few nights stay while in Liverpool. Got a private room in the hostel and was pleasantly surprised. Great comfy bed and lovely hot shower in the morning. I loved the decor of the place and room and bathroom were clean. You can get tea and snacks for a few euros from the main desk! Also items that you might need. Perhaps 5 mins more or less to the shopping area. Would definitely recommend! Also recommend the breakfast place a few mins walk away called hardware.. :)

The room, whilst great for what we needed, wasn't as clean as it could have been. There was dust under the mattresses on the bunk beds, and I dropped something behind the radiator, and when I looked, it was clear that they had not been cleaned for a good while. Also, the fans that were in the room were also covered in dust. There was also a water bottle that had been left I guess but the previous guests with no lid on that was hidden behind the curtain of the bottom bunk so when we pulled the curtain across it spilt everywhere. The quilt cover on the double bed was also stained with what looked like nail varnish, which I appreciate will not be able to be washed out but really shouldn't use that bedding again. The shower and hot tap when running hot water did have a smell that wasn't very pleasant but do appreciate it is a very old building so this is a factor. It was overall good, but just little things like the dust should be paid extra attention

The location for our stay was perfect. We came to Liverpool for the theatre and was a 10-12 minute walk from the train station and theatre and then the same again to get to the shops in the opposite direction. Staff were very friendly, and the room suited our needs for an overnight stay. The beds were comfy and bathroom clean. I didn't see a bar or restaurant open as pictured, but I can't say I was looking particularly either. There is a lift that is in use but is small. We did fit 3 people in, but if you had cases, you might need multiple trips. It's just because of the age of the building, though. Overall, it was a good stay that met our needs, and I would stay again
