The breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. The location was close to the centre but very quiet. The hosts were just lovely! So pleasant and helpful and very knowledgeable about the walking and hiking in the area, which was our focus. They also had very good restaurant suggestions.

Graham and Gina were wonderful! Helped with my early check-in, they were so welcoming and personable, and had great recommendations for places in town and day trips/fell walks around the Lake District. They significantly improved my trip. Breakfast was yummy and full of good conversation with other travelers (if you liked). The rooms are tidy and the facilities are spotless.

Sorry, it has to be said parking isn’t great. I had to park a few streets away on a couple of occasions which isn’t great if you’re carrying items to and from the car. That said I’m sure at quieter times of the year it’s easier to get a spot.

Graham and his wife were lovely hosts and very thoughtful, it’s rare you come across such genuine, thoughtful and informative hosts. Well done you two!

Exceptional all around. Incredible location, comfort, breakfast. Graham and Gina are super welcoming and gave us great ideas on where to go and what to do in the area, including history and tips. You can really tell they have put a lot of thought into this property and genuinely want you to have a great time exploring the area.

Everything was great. Only small thing was that the curtains weren't block out. Because it's summertime it was light in my room from 4.45 a.m. I used an eye mask.

Graham and Gina were fantastic hosts. It was located close to all activities and made it easy to get around Keswick.

This was our first visit to Keswick. Graham was very helpful in providing information on the town and the hikes available for our family. We booked three rooms for a family of 5 and it was perfect!!! Breakfast was fabulous. The whole family wished we had stayed one day longer. I highly recommend Harvington House!!

Nothing but the location was a bit far from the convention. That was good exercise for me.

I had a fantastic stay at havington house . My room was extremely clean and comfortable.The location was perfect, only a short walk into town. Graham the host was great , offering very helpful local knowledge and being really flexible with my check in and out times due to my work schedule. All in all a perfect experience.

Breakfast was outstanding ,excellent choice . Owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful with organising routes around the area. The rooms were very comfortable with every need catered for. Within easy distance to town centre.

Excellent accommodation spotlessly clean. Breakfast lovely with lots of choice. Hosts were down to earth warm friendly people. We can't recommend the Harvington guesthouse highly enough. Host Graham, with his extensive knowledge of the area, was helpful and enthusiastically offered any advice on attractions and travel . We followed his advice on visiting the Donald Cambell museum and the amazing memory and experience of the trip will stay in the minds of myself and partner. Regards Carol and Ralph
