    Nothing ;) !

Lovely house with clean rooms. Our ferry was little bit late, but Harriet had no issue with the later check-in. She was very helpful and gave us also a few tips about Rye and the area. The English breakfast was great, it is also really nice that there is a vegetarian option. Dogs are allowed, which is for sure a ++

Was expecting room with garden view, not chalet (even though it was very high standard) with car park view. On a main road, so some traffic noise. Additional door between entrance hall and bedroom would help with sound reduction.

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, warm (-3 outside), good neutral decor. Good breakfast.

Only two small niggles: TV was a bit small and on Sunday morning the shower gel just wouldn't dispense, it wasnt empty it just wouldn't pump out! Had brought some with us anyway so wasn't really a problem.

Very comfy bed. Breakfast delivered to our room for no extra cost :)

Possibly a king size bed may be preferred by some couples, but really only a very minor point to mention.

Excellent location with many places of interest within easy reach. Very close to beautiful countryside, and the lovely beach at Camber. Our room was clean, comfortable and really well presented with good attention to detail. We appreciated the tea & coffee making facilities and the nice homely little touches. Plenty of parking on site. The host, Harriet was really welcoming and friendly, and the veggie breakfast was delicious! We had a really enjoyable one night stay. There is a very good pub serving excellent food and a great vibe very close by - The Kings Head. There is another pub serving food within walking distance, but we did not visit.

If that hut is what a shepherd lives in, I'm contemplating a career change :-)

Access to the hut was squelchy as it was on grass, but weather was very wet, and it's a campsite, so it wasn't that unexpected :-)

I stayed in the shepherds' hut. Well equipped, solid construction, modern fittings, cosy, immaculately clean, electric panel heater with timer much appreciated as I didn't want to fire-up the log burner. The whole site is neat, well organised and beautifully maintained.
