Very nice and clean place where to stay and relax. The beach is just 5 min walking from the house and it’s very quiet around. The owners are so lovely who make you feel home and very welcoming. There are so many little details in the house which make it special. We really enjoyed the nights out chilling in the garden! We are already thinking when to come back because for sure we will repeat in this place!

I loved everything! I wanted to stay longer! The hosts were amazing.. So friendly... Nothing was too much trouble... Bringing us iced water to our sunloungers by the pool! The other guests were lovely.. Definitely returning x

Home from home - Loved the garden all lit up at night and Prickles the Hedgehog visited each night. Owners couldn’t do enough. Great location for East Beach, duck pond and Lifeboat.

The hosts, Teresa and Vince were very welcoming and made us feel at home. They treated us like friends rather than guests and were always quick and happy to answer any questions. The bedroom and shared bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was continental with tea, coffee, cold drinks and fruit available all day. The garden was very pretty and the pool was amazing. They blew up lilos for the kids and there were enough loungers and seats for all guests (3 rooms) to relax and enjoy. The seafront was a 5-10 minute walk and the beach is miles long (pebbles). There is a very good fish and chip shop just around the corner. There’s also a bakery, Indian takeaway and shop at the same place. Selsey high street was lovely and we ate out at Lal which was good too.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and caring. Checking up on us very often and giving instructions on what to do in Selsey. The swimming pool clean, spacious and the water warm. The garden is so perfectly kept by Teresa and Vince I was speechless. Colourful lights in the evening giving Mexico atmosphere. The breakfast tasty and good variety. The location marvellous - wonderful bakery and fish and chips around the corner, few minutes to the beach, playground and duck pond. Will definately come back!!!!

We stayed at Teresa and Vince’s place last year and always knew we would have come back. They are lovely, very welcoming. Brilliant locations and super clean. We loved it. Our 6 year old especially loved the fantastic swimming pool they have in the back garden. Real gem. Highly recommended.

Lovely B & B made us feel welcome. It was very laid back, we could come and go as we pleased, The room was comfortable, self service breakfast was great as we could eat when we liked, the garden and pool were beautiful!

It's a personal thing but would have liked the shared bathroom across from my room to have shower cubicle as opposed to bath. But, lovely all the same. Just for future improvement feedback: I would personally invest in coffee machines rather than use of kettle.

Very welcoming, home from home feel. Excellent decor of room and facilities in room. Easy come and go breakfast facilities and lovely chill area in garden with heating and lights.

That the rooms were not en suite. They did not give an option of cooked breakfast.

The room was clean with plenty of towels, tea, coffee, water, etc. The pool was an added bonus and it was good to be able to sit out in the garden. There was a good choice of continental breakfast.

Theresa and Vince are so welcoming, kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and a fan available for warmer nights. Swimming towels also available which was a bonus. We spent hours in the pool and the garden was a delight of colour and flowers. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will be back. (The 3 T’s)

My stay wasn't as pleasant as other experiences I've read. My breakfast was mouldy and out of date. The toilet light was broken, the shampoo bottles on offer were 5 years out of date as the date read June 2016 and when I approached the hosts by email after we decided to leave because they were not up when we had breakfast, they refused to refund me because I didn't wait and speak to them in person... all in all the place needs alot of work. Covid notices need to be redone as there's no black bin or wipes like the sign states and ita good practice to return money of someone who is made ill from eating at your establishment. I do hope environmental health will sort out the issues you have and guide you into better standards.

The garden is amazing. And there's a pool. But you have to share bathrooms and a continental buffet breakfasts with everyone else. That's apparently defrosted the night before. Check it's date stamped before you consume anything and if you have been ill in the past 5 weeks complain. Trading standards and Environmental Health will be helping them get back upto scratch. As all in all had they been willing to accept help I probably would have let alot of this slide and tried them again. Now sadly I won't.
