Room next door slammed their door and front door every time they went out well into the small hours. Bed mattresses needed replacement, they were uncomfortable. Toiletries were a little lacking

The location and views are outstanding. The room size was excellent and had been decorated since the photos. The bathroom was bright and light. The host welcome was very friendly and informative. We were lucky on a sunny weekend to get parked on the street outside which is free. It was easy walking around the seaside area with good local facilities

Parking is on the street. We did not have a problem parking the first night during the week, but the weekend was a challenge. It was a nice weather, and locals were at the beach and boardwalk. Also, we had to miss breakfast the day we left because it was not served early enough for our timing.

It is in a very central location in Portrush, which is a very central location to explore the Antrim coast. We were in Room 1, which was very comfortable, and also had a great bay window with chairs to look out at the beach and activity going by. Breakfast was good, and the host was friendly.

Visible signs of damp in the bedroom and bathroom. Could do with a bit of decorating as wallpaper was coming off in places. Was 2 single beds pushed together for a double bed. Was very cold this morning.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was lovely.

Parking not ideal. While it’s free street parking, there is very limited space and we had to haul luggage a good distance including lots of stairs. We were also there during the off season so a lot of places had very limited hours.

View from the room was awesome. Timmothy was a great host and helpful. Good location to walk to anything.

The parking situation would be best labeled as catch as catch can. I don't think that's their fault. It would be great if the local accommodations could prevail upon Portrush for dedicated parking spots for their guests.

Our hostess, Sam, gave us the best advice for our visit to the Giant's Causeway, to park at the Causeway Hotel, pay the 10 euros for parking which provided a matching voucher to use at the Hotel restaurant after visiting the Causeway. It was a lovely excursion, thanks to her acumen. The lurking cats were charming.

This is hard to write because the hosts were Amazing! The big double bed I was on was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs through the bed. The hand towels and face washers were cut up pieces of old towel which was surprising and disappointing. Never seen this before.

The hosts were just so lovely, friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Stunning views and in a superb location. Lovely breakfast! This place has the potential to be excellent. Hard to write a negative because the hosts were Amazing but I do need to.

The couple were very friendly. Harbour View Heights was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious 😋 We had one night here as we were going to the Springhill pub to hear irish traditional music. We hope to see you again....
