Sam was friendly. Room was excellent with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and cooked while we had our freshly brewqed coffee in the main house. Location is ideal for a base to either tour the area and is only a short drive form Silverstone circuit

Not one bad word to say about it!

Sam and George were really welcoming, the room was a great size with and huge bed. With all the little extras including refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee, selection of Biscuits, shower gel, extra power adapters. They had thought of everything you may need.. the room was exceptionally clean. The following morning we had a cooked breakfast made in front of us in their lovely Barn House.

The breakfast was lovely, we asked if it would be possible for us to have it early and this wasn’t a problem at all. The location for where we were heading was perfect and the host also recommended a place to eat the night before which was also very good.

It was the F1 weekend and unfortunately the village was closed to external traffic hence, once the Silverstone Gran Prix was over, we had to walk for some silly amount of time (over one hour!) to get back to our room, yet, the host went above and beyond our expectations when offered to get us to the circuit before the race started. Well impressed

Super host, excellent location, the breakfast we were served was delicious and excellent value for money, very confortable beds and great shower room.

Excellent location for Silverstone - the walk to the track was around 5km and as a keen walker, it took no time at all, on the way back you can pop into the town pub for a drink (like we did!). Sam was excellent at communicating beforehand and the whole family were extremely welcoming, the location is stunning (a working farm) with the most incredible views!

Small TV but that’s being picky

Very homely, good size shower and very good value. Owners were very helpful. A good pub was in walking distance. Lovely rural surroundings and great to see the farm animals.

The only improvement would have been to stay for a week rather than just one night. The next time I'm in the area I will definitely be heading back.

Handley Barn certainly exceeded my expectations. Such kind and friendly hosts, a fully equipped room (even a toaster, fridge (with fresh milk), microwave, and biscuits). Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable with an enormous bed. Wonderful indulgent breakfast from Sam, and all in the most beautiful setting. I would highly recommend staying at Handley Barn.

If this was the four in a bed TV show, it would score 10 on every part, set in a farm amazing peaceful, great, room, breakfast and host. Could not ask for any more. Even had a jar of biscuits!

Room was lovely, bed was comfortable with loads of pillows and it was clean and prepared throughout. Mini fridge with milk and plenty of room for other drinks etc, kettle & toaster also available with selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Bathroom had large shower with and again was really clean with shower gel provided.

What a beautiful tranquil place and the owner was lovely and so helpful. Rooms were comfortable and the cooked breakfast was amazing. Will definately book again when this way.
