We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately the ensuite shower room smelt of stale cigarette smoke - as a non smoker it wasn't ideal. Kept the door closed to the shower room and bedroom window open to try to limit the smell in the bedroom. The garage door was impossible for me to open, as well as the young person working in the morning. We had to ask the car mechanics to help move the garage door to access my bicycle. Aside from these two things I would go there again, as it was comfortable and the people working there were friendly and property is in a good location. .
Friendly welcome from manager. Room had what I needed for my stay. Comfortable bed, which I slept well in. Tea/coffee making facilities. Decent breakfast in the morning, very nice lady serving. Ideal location just off national cycle route 825. Bicycle storage in the garage was useful to have.

United KingdomBathroom was a little tired looking and could have been bigger but we were able to wash and clean up.
You can tell the new landlord is trying to concentrate on the rooms side of the business, our room was recently decorated and had nice new carpets. Bedding was clean and fresh, bed sounded a bit noisy but was a great nights sleep. Breakfast included was basic but had a nice full English cooked well and tasted good. Lock up for the motorbikes was a bonus. We had a couple of Ciders in the outside area and at £3.60 a pint thought was a good price. Overall clean tidy budget friendly over night stay.
