Having to drop your luggage down the road from hotel and then park in a parking building was not ideal.

The hotel location it's really amazing in the centre of the city and everything around us, we had the ability to walking around going to the attractions and the places what we wanted to visits.. Thanks a lot..

The only problem I had during my stay is that I did not find a toothbrush and slipers for toilet in my room which I was expecting. I am not sure if they forgot to provide my room with these items or they do not provide them in the hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The breakfast included different varieties of food. My request of a baby cot was answered. The location of the hotel is convenient. We got free drinks and snacks as a result of keeping us waiting for a few minutes even though it was becuase of my misunderstanding of the room occupancy policy. I definitely would recommend Hampton by Hilton hotel at Canterbury.

Easy to find parking nearby and great town

Location was excellent about from opposite the main club which I wasn’t aware off music on a sat night till 2am and people outside talking. It didn’t disturb me too much but I’m used to noise. Some other might not like that

Possibly could have replenished water in the room as they were very warm an with leaving air con on your throat got dry. Why they had to overcharge for a bottle of water was beyond me

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the carpet in the room. While I understand that carpeting is a standard feature in the UK, I personally prefer a different kind of flooring.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location is a plus, as it's conveniently close to numerous pubs and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town and grab a bite. The hotel has a modern design: the room was spacious and well-equipped. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It was incredibly rich and diverse, offering a wide range of options, including vegan ones.

I thought car parking was pricy and my room had a connecting door, so could hear a little more conversation from my neighbours than I'd have liked - but a minor quibble.

Central location, fast check in, well appointed room. Car parking easy tho pricy. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

Parking at the nearest car par was quoted at £18 per night, The hotel notified us that this had increased to £25 per night before out stay, this would put us off another time and we would book an hotel outside of the city.

The cooked breakfast had limited option at the time we were there but there were either options and we could have waited a little longer for what was missing.

We travelled as a group of 9 colleagues as part of a fund raising challenge. We visited 5 cathedral cities over 2 days running between 5k and 10k at each. Our overnight stay was in Canterbury and the hotel was perfect in terms of location for restaurants, bars and the cathedral. Parking the minibus was easy in a nearby car park. Staff answered all questions ahead of visit and were attentive throughout. Rooms were exceptional for the price paid.
