We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAt this price I got what I expected, so nothing really.
Location was great 5 minutes or less from the cathedral. Canterbury East Station was the stop I used and it is ten minutes walk from the station, althought I had expected to see the Cathedral to guid me you cannot because of the later buildings around it. The walk was beautiful along the original walls for a good part of the way. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were nice which is always a bonus for single travellers.

Can't say I did'nt like anything, staff at hotel where very friendly and helpful, including breakfast staff and reception both male and female, all very nice and friendly. I also found staff at Railway station at Canterbury West, Just 7 mins walk to Hotel, or £7.00 for taxi if you need one.
The breakfast was very good, well cooked and good choice. The location of hotel was excellent, right in centre of Canterbury, easy for city and 5 mins to Lovely Cathedral. Very good choice of shops for those who want to shop, I enjoyed the history.

KuwaitThe hotel was very nice, close to the train station Canterbury East 10min walk and situated right in the middle of the city center. The hotel is very stylish with a big lobby and plenty of seats for the breakfast which was very good. The rooms was equipped with everything you need and very modern decor with a large flat TV. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant Socialite was amazing with indoor and outdoor tables facing the Canterbury Cathedral. We really had a good time in the hotel and will definitely stay here if we come back again.

Hotel seems to be quite new and very well run. Communications prior to arrival were excellent, facilities were good anf the breakfast in the morning was also very good.

United KingdomRoof bar, a bit disappointing, very expensive, service charge everytime you order a drink, you can decline but they rely on you being too embarrassed to.i did decline as collection of one's own drink is not an option, 7 quid a pint too, stroll on,best avoided ,shame as it could be a really nice place to sit.

The location was perfect and I walked from Canterbury West train station. Great location. However if you need silence then you may struggle as there is nightlife surrounding the hotel. I was on the 4th floor and OK but a friend was on the 1st floor and said it was very noisy until near 3am. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was delicious.
