We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff very helpful especially reception. Breakfast was very good but the coffee and no poached eggs let it down for me. Daughter enjoyed the DIY waffles and the potato hash brown balls. Lovely big corner room.

The hotel felt really expensive whilst being reasonably priced. The breakfast was outstanding and the kids loved the waffles. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Tim. The area surrounding the hotel was so lovely and quiet, it's all newly renovated. The shops are a 10 minute walk up the road and the river walk is so beautiful at night.

United KingdomThe bed was a bit too hard for me, but I still slept but not as greatly as I could have. Breakfast the first day was a little manic, kids running around in breakfast area, trying to find where things were. Following day, less hectic.
The location was great! Easy to find! A short walk to the venue for the wedding we were invited to. Parking ideal. Staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Nothing too much trouble to make your stay memorable. Variety at breakfast, plenty to choose from. Room spacious and clean, very quiet and peaceful.

United KingdomThe seals on the shower were worn and slightly mouldy - so they need to be sorted. Some of the fitting were a bit loose and shoddy looking; but mostly the aesthetic was modern and clean. O
I was traveling on my own with my 4 year old son and 3 months old son - the staff were so kind and helpful. They gave us an excellent sized room and a cot for the baby free of charge.

The room was lovely, spacious and very quiet. beds were comfy and the pillows are amazing. bathroom was a good size, both were very clean and the views were awesome.
