We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAir-con within bedroom was challenging to operate and not so effective to guarantee preferred sleeping conditions. This is not a comment on hotel personnel, as they were brilliant, but other guests in the vicinity of the reception and dining areas were very negative and disrespectful to hotel staff. Some complaints overheard were valid but most were not, and even though staff response was dignified and professional, the guests themselves were toxic in terms of treatment to staff and effect on other guests. Naturally it's a difficult aspect to address in improving however if that lack of gratitude is prevalent at this branch, we would think twice about relying on the shared areas, as it ruins the atmosphere for all concerned.
Beyond convenient for early airport departure! Staff were very busy but were exceptional in their service and demeanor - testament to management morale. Breakfast included was very generous and full menu immediately available at 4am (not released bit by bit like other hospitality branches)

It convenient for the airport as you can walk from the station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the terminal. Breakfast is good and the catering generally is good and reliable.

Easy access to the train terminal. Excellent 'all-you-can-eat' breakfast and coffee included. The room was comfortable with all the amenities. Great idea to have a vending machine as I had forgotten my phone charger.

Great location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast selection. Always a convenient option for an early flight out or late flight back.

Location is good. It was on walking distance to Stansted Airport London. Breakfast for good but items had less choice. Breakfast timings were from 4am to 10am which is good for early checkout. Rooms an bath was neat and clean with necessary facilities. Room was specious and with window.

United KingdomQueen with a bath room a good size for 1 but not a lot of space down each side of the bed so would be tight for 2 - unless 1 of you hung out in the square of space near the door. Shower side could do with a rubber seal underneath to hold it over the bath edge otherwise it's either open letting water on the floor or resting against you.
Quiet room - as long as you're not over the main door as then you do hear wheeled suitcases all night, nice bath in Queen with a bath room - I like the unusual shape but room size better in standard double with shower, comfy bed and good breakfast options.
