This hotel is perfect if you flying early or just want a little chill before you fly. We had a flight to Bali that connected via Dubai so were grateful to the close proximity to the departure lounge. Hotel is also close to railway station. We had a good breakfast included. Would stay again if flying from stansted.

The pillows were too squashy for our liking, and our eldest found the sofa bed too uncomfortable. My wife swapped with her through the night, but she then had a bad night's sleep. Not ideal when you have a day of travelling ahead

The restaurant was pretty poor. The staff were really good but the food available was very basic and not good. We had a odd experince when we checked in. The staff asked us if the driver (an Uber) had registered their vehicle before leaving. Of course they hadn't as they just dropped us off in the drop off zone. We were then told that the driver would received a fine. I'm not sure why as they only dropped us off and then left again. If they were meant to register the vehicle then the signage was very inadequate for anyone to realise this.

The rooms were very adequate and the staff were great.

A lot of people arrived at once and the queue for checkin stretched out into the rain. The lift to the upper floors did not always respond to the key card. It was not well signposted from within the airport. We had to go to the information desk.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.

1. Rooms are very spacious but the beds are tiny. 2. The shower needs some work. 3. The all day food menu is very pub-like and could have been much better.

The location of the hotel is great. Just 5 minutes on foot from the terminal. Breakfast starts at 4am. This was the best feature of the hotel, really. The staff were very helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

There was a bit of noise in the corridor all night from people arriving, and there was light coming in through the curtains from the car park. Minor grumbles because I only had a short night’s sleep!

My only negative comment is that I still had to pay for two people (solo traveler), I only used one towel and floor matt. Only two tea bags in room, don't drink coffee. I aways strip my bed on departure.

The hotel was near to Stansted Airport. Staff were welcoming late at night. Breakfast was more than enough.

There was a pair of dirty socks left from another guest behind the curtains - which appeared when we opened them. A bit gross. Other than that everything great

Quite dated… the bathroom wasn’t what I would expect for the price. But we just needed somewhere to stay for a night close to the airport.

Double bed was a tad small for such a big room. One towel had yellow stains!

Close to Stansted airport. Good self serve breakfast. Quick check in. Nice walk in shower. Good price for Hilton brand 126 pounds a night.

Thicker curtains , I’m sorry to say but you need thicker curtains room was very light once dawn set in . When arriving late and needing a lay in this wasn’t going to happen with the bedroom too light . It’s a small thing but can make a big difference to quality of sleep .

Close to airport very clean everything you need and very comfy beds and pillows. Nice staff, breakfast was plentiful and evening meal was tasty and lovely restaurant staff

Our flight had landed three hours late, at 02.35, getting us to hotel check-in at 03.30 where the staff were using pen and paper to allocate rooms because of a hotel internet outage. The room although well appointed and clean was stifling hot, the air-con was ineffective, and despite a call to reception that reset it, the room remained hot and stuffy.

The convenience of walking from terminal to hotel. The hotel is well appointed and has a professional but calm vibe. We slept through breakfast (included) so unable to comment.
