We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I recommend using this hotel for short stay and convenience in getting to the airport terminal with the least amount of hassle. The staff were efficient and courteous.

CyprusIt would have been really nice if it didn't have early check in fees. For that price range, it would be really nice to have a microwave and/or fridge in the room.
This is easily one of the topnotch places if you are flying in late at night or out early in the morning through Stansted, due to its proximity to the airport. The breakfast has an extensive selection of choices, and is available as early as 4 am, which works great for early morning flights.

FranceThe shower had very hot water which was impossible to add cold water to. This I feel was a safety hazard. I have asked management to contact me so I can explain, but no one has. I am not about to ring the contact number in America, or ring the hotel direct as I live outside the UK. An e mail response could have been a quick and easy way to communicate. The waste bin in the bathroom was of very cheap quality and tarnished, an attempt to hide the stain had been made. For a room I paid £126 pounds for, I think Hilton could do better. I asked the receptionist for a quiet room away from lifts and stairs, I was given a 7th floor room, where the Stansted Express could be clearly heard, and also the lift shaft, which was in use constantly. I feel she was under pressure to obtain sign ups for loyalty schemes, which frankly took more time to process than actually checking in. I dont mean to moan but its unlikely I will stay here in the future given other better value hotels are with easy travelling distance.
