Didn't like the translucent cupboard door/loo door-in-one, with a hole that was a handle... I appreciate some privacy on the loo! Breakfast was a bit too chaotic. The system needs to be more orderly. And there were no eggs or veggie sausages!!

Nice staff, great location, clean, comfy

Breakfast area way too small for a hotel this size. If you get there after 8, expect to queue and elbow others. Rip off parking prices at £20 per day, but there's a much cheaper lot 2 minutes walk away.

Location is very convenient. Hotel is kids friendly. Room was clean and convenient. Could not hear neighbours. Breakfast selection basic, but ok.

The sofa bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable. It could do with throwing it away and investing in a new one. There were no mattress covers and there were some stains on the duvet cover.

Excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Albert Docks, the museums, the high street.

Obviously the sofa bed but also the breakfast. It was pretty manic, not sure it’s big enough for the number of guests. Also it could do with some inspiration in making it more nutritious and interesting. Okay for two nights but would get fed up after more nights.

Big shout out to Danny, who seemed to be doing an all round amazing job. The sofa bed wasn’t great and our 16 year daughter was really uncomfortable, Danny couldn’t do enough to help, he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were really impressed and grateful. His attitude and customer service made our stay. Thank you.

Breakfast time was extremely busy! We sat down very early so it was ok, but it was a bit chaotic later on. Food was fine at the price point included with our room rate. All ate well. Kids were gutted the waffle machine wasn’t in use tho!

Very good value for money stay, as a family of 4 sharing a room. The duty manager, Danny, was really, really nice. So helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my family during our 1 night stop over. With a daughter at uni up in Liverpool, we will be staying here when we come up and visit from now on.

The fact that there were little food choices, we were told there were 2 foid menus, a 24/7 snack menu, and a normal menu . Even when I looked online, there were 2 menus. But apparently not. Also, there was no room service. So overall, it was very disappointing.

The room was clean and comfortable, and quire spacious, bright, and airy .

Breakfast was very chaotic with nowhere to sit sometimes although the food was very good. Also the hotel did not take cash we would have liked them to do both cash and credit card.

The location was excellent and the room was lovely and the staff were also really good.

The breakfast wasn't great.. it was a struggle to find clean enough crockery and glasses. We got there around 8 luckily. It was heaving by 8.30am. The rooms are on the smaller side in my opinion. We've stayed in a lot of hotels in Liverpool, the family room here was probably the smallest. It seems like it all could do with a bit of an update tbh..

Staff, as always in Liverpool were amazing. The manager was excellent sorting our room out, they even made sure not to put us near the stag parties they had in so not disturb us. The first room we were in, the blind was broken but the lovely manager had us upgraded to a different room with a beautiful view. Very clean, everything you need really.

Unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing due to the high numbers of people trying to find a table, items were running out and not being replaced and tables were not being cleared quickly.

The Location is excellent an easy walk into the Centre, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The sun shined through the sides of the blind. The bathroom door was a joint slide door with the wardrobe, so if pushed towards the bathroom, the wardrobe was open and vice versa, because of this, the door never actually shuts properly, making it a little uncomfortable. Would have been disappointed if had to pay extra for the breakfast, and some of the cups were still dirty

Fantastic location, not far from centre with handy tesco express and pub next door. Amazing staff all really lovely Kind and helpful. The car park underneath is secure and accessible by a pin code, so you know the car is safe. Room key card is also to turn the lights on in the room and used to access the floors via the lift and to get into the hotel at night. Loads of seating in the bar area and a great selection of drinks, they even have a section of chocolate and crisps to purchase and a bar menu Loads of takeaways that deliver. Taxi's everywhere, longest had to wait for an Uber was 2 minutes. Aircon in the room is perfect for hot days, like when we stayed. Plugs near the bed, smart TV as well as hair dryer, iron and ironing board Complementary breakfast was great as free. Everyone was really friendly and the things to do nearby were great.

Please make it clearer when booking that you can drive up to the car park entrance & buzz for reception to let you in. I parked elsewhere on double yellows to check in then I found this out. Also, maybe someone to monitor or demonstrate the waffle making machine. I had no idea & felt like an inconvenience

Staff were nice & the hotel is great, in a good location, clean & had great facilities. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to make the most of them.
