No water in the room. Toaster was broken. For the price the breakfast buffet could do with improvements.

The room was very warm, can't open the window but there was air con. Toaster was broke the last morning 😔

The location was ideal, found a shortcut to the shops on our last night which would of been helpful 😂! Staff were friendly. 24 hour bar and the option to buy toiletries and painkillers etc is a extra bonus.

Happy with most aspects of my stay. We had a minor difficulty with one of the keycards for the bedroom door, but it was quickl;y sorted.

Friendly staff, helpful and attentive. Bedroom was very quiet, and comfortable. Wifi was satisfactory. Breakfasting facilities functioned well. For our needs the hotel was well located with only 5-10 minute walks to the subway and railway stations.

I think it's too expensive for the room per night. No fridge in the room. The elevator in the hotel is a bit slow, sometimes you need to wait a min for it to open the door.

I would’ve liked it if there had been a restaurant in the hotel. also, I declined having room service on Friday and Saturday, but wanted it on Sunday, but did not get any room service. Apparently staff does not work on Sunday.

The staff were extremely helpful with all my questions and needs.

Bed small to couple and my partner and I have bad sleep due to bed dizer. Breakfast the same every day and my surprise when I asked if possible to eat fried eggs on breakfast they said to me No.

Good location at western end of central Glasgow. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. Good vegetarian options at breakfast. Staff helpful when I let them know I would be arriving late.

The bedrooms were not cleaned to a good standard especially in the bathroom, there were dirty bits on the floor in the bathroom on the day we arrived and we’re still there on the day we left, we feel regarding cleanliness standards have dropped

Didn't have any spare things like toothpaste, etc, if you forgot any bits. The parking was across the road and quite expensive even with the hotel discount, to be expected near the centre though I guess! No fridge in the room which i thought was odd. Thought the hotel was abit outdated and overpriced, wouldn't have guessed it was a hilton affiliated... expected it to be nicer

Wifi was not working so I was unable to get my work done as planned Evening meal options were limited but it was only a 20 Minute walk to the Central Station areas and Arygyle Street or George Square resturants. Car Park Entrance was closed in the morning had to use the car park ramp otherwise It was where I needed To be.

Hotel right opposite the Sauchiehall street carpark and its onlty a twenty minute walk to central Glasgow near the station at night. Friendly efficient Reception nice Clean Rooms and good in room facilities for Refreshments & Washing.

A few small things would have been better. The room service appears to be on a budget, although cleaned and serviced daily, the beds were not made and the little extras hotel patrons get use to over the years were lacking, such as biscuits on the tea tray, bathroom items etc.

A well-situated property giving easy access to the city centre shops, bars and restaurants. Parking at the Sauchiehall street Q-Park can be accessed across the road at a discounted rate for hotel guests, although be aware the City Centre is subject to low emission zone charges. A clean and well-presented facility, staffed by personnel who are polite and helpful. The breakfasts and evening meals were O.K. if a little limited. We found the location good for getting about and used the sightseeing buses which are easily to join at 21 different locations around the city. We will use the hotel again on another visit to Glasgow and have no problem recommending it to all.
