Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOutlook of room was a brick wall and it was very dark. The fire alarm went off on our first night and we had to evacuate the building and we weren’t sure what was going on and a family member is blind and think there should have been some help to get her out of the building as we couldn’t use the lift. There should have been more staff available to let us know what was happening. It was very confusing. Also locked out of our room as key didn’t work and it was rebooted twice and then eventually had to have a staff member come to fix it.
Complimentary breakfast good but toaster was not working on both mornings. Breakfast without toast !!!!! surely they could have had a replacement . There were croissants available on the Saturday morning and some nice bread but none on the Sunday . Spoiled it a bit.

United KingdomI was quite disappointed about the soundproofing design as a better measures can significantly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of your hotel guests by reducing noise pollution from outside sources!
(1) The water pressure of rainfall shower is truly excellent, no doubt! 👍👍👏 (2) The design of toilet bowl is amazing, which is almost not making sound during wee wee and poo poo! 👍👏(3) What a surprise to me that it stops water splashing out of a walk in shower!👏 (4) The high back executive office chair is really comfortable👍👏

The location was ideal, found a shortcut to the shops on our last night which would of been helpful 😂! Staff were friendly. 24 hour bar and the option to buy toiletries and painkillers etc is a extra bonus.

United KingdomHappy with most aspects of my stay. We had a minor difficulty with one of the keycards for the bedroom door, but it was quickl;y sorted.
Friendly staff, helpful and attentive. Bedroom was very quiet, and comfortable. Wifi was satisfactory. Breakfasting facilities functioned well. For our needs the hotel was well located with only 5-10 minute walks to the subway and railway stations.
